Courts: Cornelius A. Thompson, 31, of Schenectady was sentenced on Tuesday, May 31 to two months in jail and five years of probation, after pleading guilty to the felony charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree and the misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated. Jeremy L. Jackson, 36, of Stillwater was sentenced on Tuesday, May 31 to one to three years in prison and three years of conditional discharge, after pleading guilty to the felony charge of driving while intoxicated. Richard L. Maas, 52, of Schuylerville pled on Wednesday, June 1 to the felony charge of driving while intoxicated. David J. Lehmann, 46, of Queensbury was sentenced on Wednesday, June 1 to five years of probation and ignition interlock device, after pleading guilty to the felony charge of driving while intoxicated. William M. Milligan III, 26, of Waterford pled on Wednesday, June 1 to the felony charges of attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree. Sentencing is scheduled for September 1. Leslie A. Arone, 48, of Lake George pled on Wednesday, June 1 to the felony charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree. Sentencing is scheduled for July 8. Anthony L. McKinney, 43, of Cairo pled on Wednesday, June 1 to the felony charge of attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree. Sentencing is scheduled for September 2. Novia N. Lagrave, 36, of Schoharie pled on Wednesday, June 1 to the felony charge of identity theft in the second degree. Sentencing is scheduled for July 26. Will E. Manchester, 39, of Sharon Springs was sentenced on Thursday, June 2 to time served and five years of probation, after pleading guilty to the felony charge of driving while intoxicated. Dale E. Pasho, 35, of Hannibal pled on Thursday, June 2 to the felony charge of driving while intoxicated. Pasho was also placed on interim probation, to include Drug Treatment Court. Sentencing is scheduled for August 24. Morgan N. Witthohn, 27, of Ballston Spa was arraigned on Thursday June 2 on the felony charge of two counts of driving while intoxicated. Sarah A. Vedder, 22, of Clifton Park was arraigned on Thursday, June 2 on the felony charges of vehicular assault in the first degree and vehicular assault in the second degree, and the misdemeanor charge of two counts of driving while intoxicated. Robert J. Duval III, 53, of Saratoga Springs was arraigned on Thursday, June 2 on the felony charges of driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree, the misdemeanor charges of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, reckless driving, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and the violations of refusal of a prescreen field breath test and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Nicholas Beer, 40, of Rock City Falls was sentenced on Friday, June 3 to three years in prison and 10 years of post-release supervision, after pleading guilty to the felony charge of sexual abuse in the first degree. Christopher E. Strickland, 40, of Albany was sentenced on Friday, June 3 to 11 months in jail, after pleading guilty to the felony charge of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree. John A. Voss, 39, of Albany was sentenced on Friday, June 3 to 11 months in jail, after pleading guilty to the felony charge of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree. Christopher T. Hutchins, 24, of Porter Corners was sentenced on Friday, June 3 to time served and five years of probation, after pleading guilty to the felony charges of grand larceny in the third degree and criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree. Arrests: Zaka U. Hassan, 20, of Brooklyn was arrested on May 23 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and one equipment violation. Shannon M. Strain, 37, of Scotia was arrested on May 23 and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, the traffic violation of refusal of a prescreen test and one equipment violation. Tibor Molnar, 63, of Schenectady was arrested on May 23 and charged with violation of the open container ordinance. Andreas O. Maas, 44, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on May 23 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and the traffic violation of safety belts. Steven D. Robert, 37, of Ware, MA was arrested on May 24 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree and the traffic violation of unsafe backing. Joshuah Ogden, 24, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on May 25 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, unlawful possession of marijuana, and one equipment violation. Todd J. Defreitas, 44, of Williamstown, MA was arrested on May 25 and charged with two counts of aggravated harassment in the second degree. Amanda R. Santollo, 34, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on Sunday, May 29 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree, two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, and possession of a controlled substance outside of original container. Andre J. Edgerton, 20, of Rock Hill, SC, was arrested on Monday, May 30 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, unlawful possession of marijuana and one equipment violation. Hemchand Dinnanauth, 23, of South Ozone Park was arrested on Monday, May 30 and charged with criminal trespass in the third degree, resisting arrest and the felony charge of assault in the second degree. Shawn M. Johnson, 33, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on Monday, May 30 and charged with open container. Michael C. Kerwin, 27, of Camillus was arrested on Monday, May 30 and charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal of a prescreen test, driving while ability impaired, reckless driving, unlawful possession of marijuana, and the traffic violations of unlawfully driving on or across sidewalk and unreasonable speed, Sarah A.
