Courts: Karen A. Lodato, 51, of Clifton Park was sentenced on Monday, June 6 to five years of probation, after pleading guilty to the felony charge of driving while intoxicated. Jack A. Bacchia, 25, of Scotia pled on Monday, June 6 to the felony charge of burglary in the third degree. Sentencing is scheduled for July 18. Felicia M. Fowler, 24, of Stafford was sentenced on Monday, June 6 to six months in jail and five years of probation, after pleading guilty to the felony charge of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree. Sherman Rituno, 41, of Saratoga Springs pled on Tuesday, June 7 to the felony charge of possessing a sexual performance by a child. Sentencing is scheduled for August 9. Thomas R. Kopach, 29, of Saratoga Springs pled on Tuesday, June 7 to the felony charges of possessing a sexual performance by a child and falsifying business record in the first degree. Sentencing is scheduled for August 9. Raymond M. Glowinski, 47, of Fort Edward pled on Wednesday, June 8 to the felony charge of promoting a sexual performance by a child. Sentencing is scheduled for August 3. Joel H. Skonieczny, 52, of Corinth was sentenced on Wednesday, June 8 to five years of probation, after pleading guilty to the felony charge of driving while intoxicated. Fransisco Torres, 37, of Oneonta was sentenced on Thursday, June 9 to one and one third to four years in prison, after pleading guilty to the felony charge of failure to report an address change within 10 days. Leroy L. Ramsey, 45, of Gansevoort pled on Friday, June 10 to the felony charge of attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree. Sentencing is scheduled for August 4. Breault, 40, of Glens Falls was arrested on May 26 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC more than .08 of .1 percent, the traffic violation of failure to signal a turn and one equipment violation. Cochrane, 31, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on Sunday, May 29 and charged with making graffiti and criminal mischief in the fourth degree. Randi L. Santollo, 34, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on Sunday, May 29 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree, two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, and possession of a controlled substance outside of original container. Edgerton, 20, of Rock Hill, SC, was arrested on Monday, May 30 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, unlawful possession of marijuana and one equipment violation. Hemchand Dinnanauth, 23, of South Ozone Park was arrested on Monday, May 30 and charged with criminal trespass in the third degree, resisting arrest and the felony charge of assault in the second degree. Mendez-Gutierrez, 34, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on Wednesday, June 8 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and the traffic violation of failure to yield to a pedestrian in a crosswalk. Vary, 31, of Ballston Spa was arrested on Friday, June 10 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, the traffic violation of operation of a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver and one equipment violation.
