Courts: Michael J. Tanner, 28, of Stillwater was sentenced on Friday, June 24 to 15 days in jail and five years of probation, after pleading guilty to the felony charge of driving while intoxicated and circumvention of interlock device. Kenneth A. Ford Jr., 26, of Troy was sentenced on Friday, June 24 to five years in prison and five years of post-release supervision, after pleading guilty to the felony charge of assault in the second degree. Robert A. Fisher, 22, of Greenfield pled on Friday, June 24 to grand larceny in the fourth degree. Sentencing is scheduled August 26. Brandon P. Fisher, 21, of Galway pled on Friday, July 1 to the felony charges of assault in the first degree, two counts of assault in the second degree and the misdemeanor charge of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree. Sentencing is scheduled for September 23. James D. Reed, 32, of Schenectady was sentenced on Tuesday, July 5 to one and a half to three years in prison, after pleading guilty to the felony charge of grand larceny in the fourth degree. John V. Vardine, 46, of Ballston Spa was sentenced on Tuesday, July 5 to one and a half to three years in prison, after pleading guilty to the felony charge of grand larceny in the fourth degree. Jeremy A. LaParl, 34, of Watervliet pled on Tuesday, July 5 to the felony charge of criminal contempt in the first degree. Sentencing is scheduled for September 6. Arrests: Armand A. Laforest, 32, of Troy was arrested on Wednesday, June 22 and charged with the felony charge of criminal contempt in the first degree. Curtis E. Nobles, 37, of Albany was arrested on Thursday, June 23 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and one equipment violation. Christopher A.M. Favero, 33, of Greenfield was arrested on Thursday, June 23 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree and unlawful possession of marijuana. Shawn M. Johnson, 33, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on Thursday, June 23 and charged with open container. Colin B. Neal, 30, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on Thursday, June 23 and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree. Shannon S. Perkins, 28, of Ballston Spa was arrested on Thursday, June 23 and charged with petit larceny. Keira A. Clark, 44, of Ballston Spa was arrested on Thursday, June 23 and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving with a BAC more than .08 of .1 percent. Randi L. Santollo, 34, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on Friday, June 24 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree. Martin D. Chader, 62, of Golden, CO was arrested on Friday, June 24 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and the traffic violation of a vehicle entering stop or yield intersection. Danielle C. Longinetti, 22, of Porter Corners was arrested on Friday, June 24 and charged with arson in the fifth degree and the felony charge of criminal mischief in the third degree. Shannon J. Dempsey, 21, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on Saturday, June 25 and charged with the felony charges of grand larceny in the fourth degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, and the misdemeanor charges of two counts of petit larceny and two counts of criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree. Steven W. Harris, 45, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on Saturday, June 25 and charged with open container. Augustus A. J. Balsamo, 32, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on Saturday, June 25 and charged with criminal trespass in the third degree. Bryan R. Dunlap, 32, of Reddick, FL was arrested on Saturday, June 25 and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC more than .08 of .1 percent, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, unlawful possession of marijuana, and the traffic violations of failure to keep right and speeding. Nicholas R. Luca, 21, of Stillwater was arrested on Saturday, June 25 and charged with the felony charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree. Jared M. MacMurray, 21, of Stillwater was arrested on Sunday, June 26 and charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, driving with a BAC more than .08 of .1 percent, and the traffic violation of speeding. Thomas C. Whalen, 25, of Porter Corners was arrested on Sunday, June 26 and charged with the felony charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree. Shandall E. Scott, 26, of Troy was arrested on Sunday, June 26 and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree, driving while ability impaired, and two equipment violations. Dustin T. Wilkins, 30, of Delanson was arrested on Monday, June 27 and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree. Rodrigo Huertacazales, 28, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on Monday, June 27 and charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, endangering the welfare of a child, criminal mischief in the fourth degree and the felony charge of assault in the second degree. Samuel P. Hazell, 32, of Irvine, CA was arrested on Tuesday, June 28 and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC more than .08 of .1 percent, the traffic violation of operating an unregistered motor vehicle on the highway, and one equipment violation. Bradford C. Bayer, 29, of Greenfield Center was arrested on Wednesday, June 29 and charged with assault in the third degree, criminal mischief in the fourth degree, endangering the welfare of a child, coercion in the second degree and obstruction of breathing or blood circulation. Phanteazia T. Erwin, 25, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on Wednesday, June 29 and charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, assault in the third degree, menacing in the second degree, petit larceny and endangering the welfare of a child. Guy L. Fitzgerald, 50, of Greenfield was arrested on Thursday, June 30 and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and the traffic violation of improper lane use. Jonathan S. Hendrix, 24, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on Thursday, June 30 and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree. Mark R. Homer, 57, of Richfield Springs was arrested on Thursday, June 30 and charged with criminal trespass in the second degree. Shawn M. Johnson, 33, of Saratoga Springs and Steven W.
