Kayleigh L. Mayer, 21, of Hadley pled on Tuesday, July 19 to the felony charge of rape in the second degree. Sentencing is scheduled for September 13. Felicia R. Rennick, 29, of Gansevoort was sentenced on Tuesday, July 19 to five years of probation, after pleading guilty to the felony charge of driving while intoxicated. Thomas J. McGaughnea, 56, of Watervliet pled on Tuesday, July 19 to the felony charge of driving while intoxicated. Sentencing is scheduled for September 15. Nicole M. Young, 30, of Saratoga Springs pled on Wednesday, July 20 to the felony charge of driving while intoxicated and was placed on interim probation. Adam E. O’Brien, 31, of Saratoga Springs pled on Wednesday, July 20 to the felony charge of driving while intoxicated. Sentencing is scheduled for September 15. Edmund D. Davis, 25, of Middle Grove pled on Wednesday, July 20 to the felony charge of driving while intoxicated. Sentencing is scheduled for September 15. Daniel J. Champlain, 31, of Clifton Park pled on Wednesday, July 20 to the felony charge of driving while intoxicated. Sentencing is scheduled for September 16. Charles A. Insalaco, 39, of Saratoga Springs pled on Wednesday, July 20 to the felony charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree. Sentencing is scheduled for September 15. Russell S. Roach, 55, of Moreau was sentenced on Wednesday, July 20 to one and a half years in prison and 10 years of post-release supervision, after pleading guilty to the felony charge of criminal sexual act in the third degree. James F. Hall, 22, of Ballston Spa was sentenced on Friday, July 22 to two years in prison and to one and one third to four years in prison to run consecutive, after pleading guilty to the felony charges of attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance and attempted assault in the second degree. Joseph R. Ryle III, 23, of Gloversville was sentenced on Friday, July 22 to eight years in prison and five years of post-release supervision, after pleading guilty to the felony charge of burglary in the second degree. Leo B. Belcher, 50, of Troy was sentenced on Friday, July 22 to two to six years in prison and three years of conditional discharge, after pleading guilty to the felony charge of driving while intoxicated. Rafael Aviles-Martinez, 33, of Amsterdam pled on Friday, July 22 to the felony charge of attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree. Sentencing is scheduled for September 16. Jody J. Rogalo, 26, of Watervliet was sentenced on Monday, July 25 to five years probation, after pleading guilty to the felony charge of grand larceny in the fourth degree. Jack A. Bacchia, 25, of Scotia was sentenced on Monday, July 25 to five years probation, after pleading guilty to the felony charge of burglary in the third degree. Maria C. Haas, 48, was sentenced on Monday, July 25 to five years of probation and restitution, after pleading guilty to the felony charge of grand larceny in the third degree.

Arrests:

Elliott Q. Ruggles, 23, of Gansevoort was arrested on Monday, July 18 and charged with the felony charges of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree, grand larceny in the third degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree, operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, and the traffic violation of operating a motor vehicle without an interlock device. Andrew R. White, 23, of Gloversville was arrested on Monday, July 18 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. Kevin A. Bates, 23, of Ballston Lake was arrested on Tuesday, July 19 and charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC more than .08 of .1 percent, the traffic violation of failure to signal a turn, and one equipment violation. Deborah M. Stewart, 48, of Gansevoort was arrested on Tuesday, July 19 and charged with refusal of a prescreen test and the felony charges of driving while intoxicated and driving with a BAC more than .08 of 1 percent. Kevin D. Germain, 57, of Saratoga Springs, Ever T. Salam, 23, of Saratoga Springs, Randy M. Upton, 58, of Ballston Spa and Dawn M. Rivers, 52, of Saratoga Springs were arrested on Tuesday, July 19 and charged with one count each of open container. Patricia F. Flower, 26, of Schenectady was arrested Wednesday, July 20 and charged with the felony charge of criminal mischief in the third degree and the misdemeanor charge of failure to provide proper food and drink to an animal. Everett R. Bishop, 43, of Malta was arrested on Wednesday, July 20 and charged with two counts of petit larceny. Stephen M. Gullotti, 32, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on Wednesday, July 20 and charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree. Stephanie J. McQuade, 31, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on Thursday, July 21 and charged with driving with a BAC of more than .08 of .1 percent, driving while intoxicated and the traffic violation of failure to signal a turn. Sean P. Bass, 27, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on Thursday, July 21 and charged with disorderly conduct and criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree. Hayden M. Jacob, 25, was arrested on Thursday, July 21 and charged with criminal contempt in the second degree. Steven D. Brizzell, 46, of Latham and Melissa A. Eakin, 42, of Latham were arrested on Friday, July 22. Brizzell was charged with the felony charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree. Eakin was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree. Frank A. Tobias, 50, of Martinsville, NJ and Anthony T. Lake, 53, of Millington, NJ were arrested on Saturday, July 23. Tobias was charged with two counts of the felony charge of assault in the second degree and two counts of the misdemeanor charge of criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree. Lake was charged with harassment in the second degree. Kenyatta D. Blanchard, 24, of Ladson, SC was arrested on Saturday, July 23 and charged with driving while intoxicated and one equipment violation. James J. Altamirano, 35, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on Saturday, July 23 and charged with open container.  Ashley R. Gordon, 29, of Latham was arrested on Sunday, July 24 and charged with the traffic violations of failure to keep right, failure to signal, failure to stop at a stop sign, and the misdemeanor charges of driving while intoxicated and driving with a BAC more than .08 of .1 percent. Kevin T. McRae, 31, of Albany was arrested on Sunday, July 24 and charged with the felony charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree, the misdemeanor charges of driving while intoxicated and driving with a BAC of more than .08 of .1 percent, and two equipment violations. Joseph J. Deschenes, 45, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on Sunday, August 24 and charged with disorderly conduct. John Paul Valentin, 21, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on Sunday, July 24 and charged with the felony charge of criminal mischief in the third degree and the misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief in the fourth degree. Michael J. Lewis, 36, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on Sunday, July 24 and charged with disorderly conduct and physical contact harassment in the second degree. Andres Christiansen, 51, of Delray Beach, FL was arrested on Sunday, July 24 and charged with the traffic violation of failure to signal a turn, the misdemeanor charges of driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC more than .08 of .1 percent, and endangering the welfare of a child, and the felony charge of aggravated driving while intoxicated. Stefanie H. Peart, 29, of Albany, was arrested on Monday, July 25 and charged with harassment in the second degree. Paul J. Pike, 24, of Saratoga Springs was arrested on Monday, July 25 and charged with the felony charges of assault in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.
