Vanessa A. French, 45, of Halfmoon, was sentenced on Jan. 26 to five days in jail and five years of probation, after pleading to Aggravated DWI – Leandra’s Law.
Stephen E. Wrobel, 41, of Troy, was sentenced on Jan. 26 to five days in jail and five years of probation, after pleading to felony DWI.
Reinaldo A. Torres, 53, of Ballston Spa, was sentenced on Jan. 27 to three years in state prison and 15 years of post-release supervision, after pleading to felony Rape in the second degree.
Joshua L. Hunt, 26, of Victory, was sentenced on Jan. 27 to six months in jail and five years of probation, after pleading to felony DWI and circumventing an interlock device.
Dwayne E. Rivers, 30, of Hudson Falls, pleaded on Jan. 27 to felony DWI. Sentencing scheduled for March 30.
Justin A. Miller, 24, of Stillwater, was sentenced on Jan. 23 to 1.5 to 2 years in state prison, after pleading to attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Caroline R. Garrity, 21, of Saratoga Springs, was sentenced on Jan. 23 to 1 to 3 years in state prison, after pleading to attempted criminal possession of a forged instrument.
Justin D. Garrison, 28, of Milton, pleaded on Jan. 20 to felony DWI. Sentencing is scheduled for March 27.
James S. Dilollo, Jr., 34, of Lake George, pleaded on Jan. 23 to felony DWI. Sentencing is scheduled for March 9.
Edward J. Zinzow, 45, of Ravena, pleaded on Jan. 24 to felony DWI. Sentencing is scheduled for March 28.
Emily R. Latalladi, 32, of Saratoga Springs, was sentenced on Jan. 24 to five years probation, after pleading to third-degree attempted burglary, a felony.
Christopher B. Melton, 31, of Ballston Spa, was sentenced on Jan. 25 to six months in jail and five years probation, after pleading to attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Jodi A. Lant-Truett, 43, of Saratoga springs, was sentenced on Jan. 25 to 2 years in state prison and 1.5 years post release supervision, after pleading to attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance.
Adam J. Ross, 35, of Greenfield Center, pleaded on Jan. 25 to felony DWI. Sentencing is scheduled for March 29.
Anna Finkina, 30, of Albany, pleaded on Jan. 25 to attempted burglary in the third degree, a felony. Sentencing is scheduled for March 29.
POLICE
Jonathan J. Cyphers, 36, of Ballston Spa, was charged on Feb. 2 with felony burglary, in connection with an alleged incident that occurred in the town of Greenfield. Cyphers was sent to Saratoga County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash, or $30,000 bond.
Christopher M. Bristol, 17, of Gansevoort, and Michael R. Kennedy Jr., 17, of South Glens Falls, were each charged on Jan. 30 with one count second-degree assault, following the alleged assault of a 65-year-old Moreau man after a “road rage” incident occurred Jan. 23 in the town of Moreau. The victim sustained serious injuries to his face and both suspects were released to Saratoga County Probation Pre-Trial Services, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
Corey R. Brown-Baker, 33, of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, was charged on Jan. 27 with assault in the third degree.
Frederick B. Lewis, 33, of Malta, was charged on Jan. 26 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, and operating a motor vehicle without a license.
Frederick M. Bond, 77, of Saratoga Springs, was charged on Jan. 26 with assault in the third degree. Bond was subsequently released on an appearance ticket.
Rachael E. Labrozzi, 25, of Mechanicville, was charged on Jan. 26 with unlawful possession of marijuana, criminal possession of a controlled substance- a misdemeanor, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle on highway.
Zachary M. Olmo, 22, of Saratoga Springs, was charged on Jan. 26 with two counts criminal sale of marijuana in the fourth degree.
Matthew J. Raia, 27, of Saratoga Springs, was charged on Jan. 26 with misdemeanor DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and failing to signal a turn.
Steven W. Harris, 46, of Saratoga Springs, was charged on Jan. 23 with disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest- a misdemeanor.
Nolan J. Stanley, 19, of Granville, was charged on Jan. 22 with unlawful possession of marijuana, and criminal possession of controlled substance.
Kathleen M. Schechner, 41, of Wilton, was charged on Jan. 22 with criminal trespass in the third degree.
Rachel M. Gammons, 42, of Saratoga Springs, was charged on Jan. 22 with assault in the third degree.
Tyler S. Victoria, 21, of Albany, was charged on Jan. 22 with disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.
Terron S. Victoria, 27, of Clifton Park, was charged on Jan. 22 with obstructing governmental administration, and resisting arrest.
Andy H. Shadich, 28, of Brooklyn, was charged on Jan. 22 with misdemeanor DWI, and two driving infractions.
Richard H. Tooley, 30, of Stillwater, was charged on Jan. 21 with aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree, and speeding.
Austin D. Germadnik, 21, of Mechanicville, was charged on Jan. 21 with misdemeanor DWI.
Christopher L. Tuttle, 26, of Schenectady, was charged on Jan. 21 with disorderly conduct, harassment, obstructing governmental administration second degree, and resisting arrest.
Barry W. Connor, 26, of Greenfield, was charged on Jan. 21 with criminal possession of a controlled substance.
