SARATOGA SPRINGS — Officials at The Adirondack Trust Company (ATC) have announced that they will be bringing their Community Shred Day to the North Country.
The Adirondack Trust Co. will partner with the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce to host a personal document-shredding day that is open to the public on Saturday, June 3. The event will take place from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at ATC’s office located at 376 Bay Road, Queensbury.
Individuals are welcome to bring their personal papers for confidential destruction. Items that will be accepted for shredding include sensitive papers (white or color), carbon paper, file folders, old checkbooks, bank statements, expired credit cards or debit cards, and plastic ID cards.
Paper items with staples and/or paperclips will be accepted. Staples and paperclips do not need to be removed prior to shredding.
This service is intended for individuals, and will have a two-box limit for each person.
