SARATOGA SPRINGS — The Patient Experience Project (PEP), a full-service, patient-centric marketing and communications agency based in the city, has welcomed Harrison Boulay to its digital strategy team.
In his role at PEP, Boulay is responsible for helping clients drive customer engagement, improve the patient experience, and meet business and strategic goals through the use of Web technologies and digital marketing.
Before joining PEP, Boulay worked with businesses in Rochester and Western New York to help promote growth through online channels. Previously, he was a marketing manager at Merkle Incorporated, a global marketing agency, where he developed digital and media plans for such clients as Gerber Life and Nestlé.
Boulay also managed accounts and multimillion-dollar digital media buys for major retail clients, including Estée Lauder, and global marketing agencies iProspect and DAC Group.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
