SARATOGA SPRINGS — Attorney Megan Harris-Pero of Harris-Pero Legal Counsel, PLLC graduated from LEAD New York’s Empire State Food and Agricultural Leadership Institute, joining a distinguished group of over 400 alumni.
The competitive, two-year leadership development program, run by Cornell University, focuses on improvement of the food and agricultural industry. Through seminars, workshops, and field travel, the program works to edu- cate participants on local and global agricultural issues and pos- sible solutions.
Harris-Pero Legal Counsel, PLLC was formed in 2015 to serve families and small-business clients. Currently, around 40 percent of the firm’s cases relate to agricultural business.
