SARATOGA SPRINGS — Saratoga Springs City Hall closed on Monday due to a COVID exposure. An employee from the Legal Department tested positive for COVID-19 during the weekend and was working in City Hall on Thursday and Friday, Nov. 12-13.
The building will be closed for a thorough cleaning and to allow employees time to monitor for symptoms. Departmental employees who physically work in City Hall will work remotely during this time.
The Police Department dispatch will still be accessible through the 5 Lake Ave. building entrance. The Fire Department will remain operational, as will the Public Works labor force and the Water Treatment Plant operation.
Residents can call 518-587-3550 to access the City Hall switchboard and contact departments directly.
