Upon moving to Saratoga Springs, James Kennedy, proprietor of KPM, began simply cutting grass for banks, but over time this business grew. Starting as just a one-man-show, KPM now has around 50 employees and took over the property preservation field. From grass cuts to interior and exterior work, KPM can deal with every aspect a foreclosure would need.
