POLICE

Paul J Bush, 30, of Green Island, was charged May 20 in Saratoga Springs with two felony counts criminal sale of a controlled substance, and two felony counts criminal possession of a controlled substance. Bush is accused of selling heroin mixed with fentanyl on two different occasions. Erica Luce, 31, of Ballston Spa, was charged May 19 in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and a suspended registration. 

Aaron Knaggs, 41, of Schenectady, was charged May 21 in Saratoga Springs with unlawful dissemination or publication of an intimate image, a misdemeanor. 

Adrienne Parker, 32, of Saratoga Springs, was charged May 21 with acting in a manner to injure a child. 

Nicholas Snopkowski, 35, of Clifton Park, was charged May 22 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, and driving a vehicle without signal devices/ reflectors. 

Kevin Pimental, 34, of Castleton-on-Hudson, was charged May 22 in Saratoga Springs with criminal contempt in the second-degree, a misdemeanor. 

Siahr Siddiqi, 32, of Schenectady, was charged May 23 in Saratoga Springs with assault in the third-degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth-degree. 

Hayley Linehan, 27, of South Glens Falls, was charged May 23 in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and speeding. 

Joseph A. Manasseri, 34, of Milton, was charged May 24 for promotion of a sexual performance by a child, and possession of a sexual performance by a child. Both charges are felonies. Manasseri is accused of possessing and promoting images consistent with child sexual exploitation via the internet, according to state police. He was arraigned in Malta Town Court and sent to Saratoga County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash/$30,000 bond.

Stephen R. Frank, 44, of South Glens Falls, was charged May 24 in Moreau with charged with strangulation in the second-degree - a felony, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child – a misdemeanor, and DWI. Frank is accused of applying pressure to the throat of another person with the intent to impede the normal breathing or blood circulation of that person - an act allegedly that occurred in the presence of two children. While attempting to locate Frank at his residence, he is accused of arriving at that location operating a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s office. 

Joseph Casholle, 22, of Cairo, was charged May 17 in Saratoga Springs with assault in the second-degree, a felony. 

Edward Smith, 60, of Albany, was charged May 18 in Saratoga Springs with felony grand larceny. 

Randy Jones, 53, of Saratoga Springs, was charged May 18 with disorderly conduct: obscene language/ gestures. 

Kenneth Curley, 36, of Saratoga Springs, was charged May 18 with misdemeanor DWI, refusal breath test, speeding, and failure to keep right. 

Robert Southard, 26, of Saratoga Springs, was charged May 19 with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating an unregistered vehicle, and license restriction violation. 

Michael Redd, 19, of Malta, was charged May 14 in Saratoga Springs with criminal contempt.

George Miller, 44, of Utica, was charged May 14 in Saratoga Springs with petit larceny.

Adam Burger, 39, of Saratoga Springs, was charged May 14 with assault, and acting in manner injure child. 

David Hagen, 46, of Saratoga Springs, was charged May 14 with criminal trespass in the second-degree, a misdemeanor. 

Andrew Meade, 36, of Ballston Spa, was charged May 14 in Saratoga Springs with disorderly conduct: fight/ violent behavior. 

Erin Haegele, 34, of Saratoga Springs, was charged May 14 with acting in manner injure child. 

Steven Maronic, 70, of Saratoga Springs, was charged May 15 with criminal trespass in the third-degree, a misdemeanor. 

On May 24, the New York State Police in Wilton participated in a Border-to-Border initiative. This four-hour traffic initiative aims at coordinating multiple law enforcement agencies to conduct highly visible seat belt enforcement and encourages drivers and passengers to buckle up. State police, along with our law enforcement partners at Vermont State Police, Washington County Sheriff’s Office (NY), Rutland County Sheriff’s Office (VT), Granville Police Department (NY), Fair Haven Police Department (VT), and Castleton Police Department (VT), conducted enforcement of seatbelt and child restraint laws along the New York-Vermont border in Washington County. During the detail, 72 total citations were issued, 10 were for seatbelt violations.
