Conrad M. Howard, Jr., 28, of Brooklyn, NY, pleaded July 9 to criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third-degree, in connection with an incident in Wilton. 

Jeremy J. Cramer, 21, of Stockport, pleaded July 9 to sexual abuse in the first-degree, and two counts patronizing a prostitute one felony and one misdemeanor, in connection with an incident in Halfmoon. Sentencing scheduled Sept. 10. 

Jared S. Terry, 33, of Mechanicville, was sentenced July 9 to 1 year in state prison and 1 year post-release supervision, after being charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third-degree, in connection with an incident in Clifton Park in 2019. 

Damani A. Went, 22, of Glenville, was charged July 6 with two felony counts criminal sale of a controlled substance, and three felony counts and one misdemeanor count criminal possession of a controlled substance. Went is accused of distributing crack cocaine and heroin throughout the county, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s office.

Francesco E. Bianco, 26, of Gloversville, was charged July 1 with rape in the first-degree, assault, criminal obstruction of breathing, and criminal mischief, in connection with an incident in Halfmoon on June 29. Bianco is accused of attacking and raping a female victim, and preventing her from calling 911 by taking her cell phone. The alleged incident took place in the victim’s home after meeting on a dating app, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s office.  He is being held in Saratoga County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail. 

Laura Servidone, 47, of Dallas, TX, was charged July 6 in Saratoga Springs with resisting arrest, and as a fugitive from other state on warrant for extradition. Servidone was wanted in Clark County, AR. 

Kevin Kelly, 30, of Saratoga Springs, was charged July 6 with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, and operating without an inspection certificate.

Nathaniel Espinal, 24, of Ballston Spa, was charged July 7 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. 

Phillip Hatfield, 29, of Ballston Spa, was charged July 2 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, misdemeanor aggravated DWI, and speeding. 

Clayton Callan, 34, of Ballston Spa, was charged July 2 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, refusal to take a breath test, failure to keep right, and speeding. 

Carl Skogsberg, 25, of Queensbury, was charged July 2 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, and three driving/vehicle related violations. 

Raven Hazard, 26, of Ballston Lake, was charged July 3 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, misdemeanor aggravated DWI, and unsafely backing of a vehicle. 

Nicholas Martinek-Cary, 23, of Stillwater, was charged July 3 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, and two driving-related violations. 

Dylan Calabrese, 23, of Fort Edward, was charged July 4 in Saratoga Springs with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, speeding, and moving from lane unsafely. 

Christian Castellanos-Rodriguez, 26, of Elmont, was charged June 27 in Saratoga Springs with resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct.

Katie Hayden, 21, of Hadley, was charged June 28 in Saratoga Springs with criminal possession of a controlled substance, and criminal use drug paraphernalia. 

Thomas McCall, 32, of Saratoga Springs, was charged June 28 with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and a driving violation. 

Edward Carroll, 23, of Clifton Park, was charged June 28 with misdemeanor DWI, and speeding, following a property damage accident on Duplainville Road.

Daniel Carrasquillo, 36, of Scranton, PA, was charged June 30 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, and failure to stop at a stop sign. 

Danielle Shea, 49, of Ballston Spa, was charged June 30 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, and refusal to take a breath test.

Daniel Perodeau, 28, of Saratoga Springs, was charged July 1 with criminal mischief, and criminal contempt. 

Michael Goodwin, 34, of Saratoga Springs, was charged June 30 with criminal contempt/ violate order of protection as a felony, criminal mischief/ disable equipment to prevent emergency assistance, a misdemeanor, and two vehicle related violations. 

Kahlil Covell, 46, of Saratoga Springs, was charged July 9 with assault, and criminal obstruction of breathing.

  • New York State Police The New York State Police announced that it issued 5,576 tickets during this year’s St. Patrick’s Day enforcement initiative. The campaign began on Friday, March 15, and continued until Sunday, March 17. During the campaign, funded by the Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee, State Police utilized sobriety checkpoints, additional DWI patrols, and underage drinking and sales to minors detail.
