COURT 

Deborah M. Willson AKA Deborah M. Drumm, 43, of Schuylerville, was sentenced Nov. 5 to 5-1/2 years incarceration with 1 year post-release supervision, after pleading to attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third-degree. 

Joseph Manasseri, 34, of Ballston Spa, pleaded Nov. 3 to rape in the second-degree, in Milton, and possessing a sexual performance by a child. Sentencing Jan. 14. 

Krista S. Jenkins, 26, of Corinth, was sentenced Nov. 3 to 1 to 3 years incarceration, after pleading to third degree grand larceny. 

POLICE

Christopher A. Sears, 35, of Ballston Spa, was charged Nov. 3 with sexual abuse in the first-degree, in connection with an alleged incident that occurred in the town of Milton during the summertime of 2018. 

Rolland G. Gibbs, 62, of Northumberland, was charged with reckless endangerment in the first-degree – a felony, and assault in the third-degree, a misdemeanor. The Sheriff’s Office responded to a call of a vehicle on NYS Route 29 in the area of Homestead Road in the Town of Saratoga. Gibbs is accused of shooting a vehicle that had been traveling westbound on Route 29 causing non-life-threatening injuries to the two occupants. He had reportedly been attempting to illegally harvest a deer at the time when he allegedly fired north across the two-lane highway striking the vehicle from his location on the shoulder of Route 29. The occupants of the vehicle were treated for their injuries at Saratoga Hospital and released. Gibbs was also cited for numerous Environmental Conservation Law violations.

Michael McKay, 26, of Eagle Bridge, was charged in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Samuel King, 22, of Fort Edward, was charged in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, and operating an unregistered vehicle. 

Devontae Batson, 28, of Albany, was charged in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and vehicle registration suspended. 

Mackenzie Otero, 21, of Greenwich, was charged in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, motor vehicle suspended. 

Daniel Jennings, 30, of Halfmoon, was charged in Saratoga Springs with criminal possession of a controlled substance. 

Jenel Byrd, 37, of the Bronx, was charged in Saratoga Springs with criminal impersonation, criminal trespass, and forgery. The latter charge is a felony. 

Chad Laplante, 39, of Ballston Spa, was charged in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, and circumvent interlock.

Mark Stackrow, 24, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and speeding.

Kayla Harris, 22, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with assault in the third-degree, and endangering the welfare of a child.

Michael Redd, 19, of Malta, was charged in Saratoga Springs with obstruct governmental official. 

Nathan Lynn, 27, of Middle Grove, was charged in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI and aggravated DWI. 

Benjamin Wyatt, 46, of Malta, was arrested on a warrant in connection with the alleged issuance of a bad check.

Roger Sharp, 46, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with felony assault, and felony criminal possession of a weapon. 

Nicholas Cabral-Stuckless, 23, of Orangeville, was charged in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, moving from lane unsafely, and driving a motor vehicle on/across a sidewalk. 

Michael McLeary, 34, of Cohoes, was charged in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI. 

Norman Rose, 42, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with misdemeanor DWI, refusal to take a breath test, moving from lane unsafely and the felonies: aggravated unlicensed operation; grand larceny; criminal possession of stolen property, aggravated family offense, and aggravated criminal contempt. 

Anthony Dellabella, 41, of Queensbury, was charged in Saratoga Springs with obstruct governmental official.

Tyler Bellinger, 27, of Richmondville, was charged in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor assault. 

Keith Lansley, 37, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with felony criminal mischief, misdemeanor criminal mischief, and acting in a manner that would injure a child. 

David Posson, 33, of Glenville, was charged in Saratoga Springs with criminal mischief, and stalking. 

Richawn L. McClain, 22, of Troy, was charged in connection with numerous domestic incident complaints in Clifton Park. Charges include: strangulation, aggravated criminal contempt, assault, intimidating a witness – felony, tampering with a witness, tampering with physical evidence, criminal contempt felony, and several misdemeanor charges. 

Christopher Leblanc, 28, of Milton, was charged with criminal possession of a firearm – a felony, following a joint investigation conducted by the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Unit and the Rotterdam Police Department Detective Division. Leblanc is accused of menacing a person with a handgun in the town of Rotterdam, having fled the scene and later located at his residence in the town of Milton. A .9mm handgun allegedly used during the menacing incident was located inside Leblanc’s home and it was determined he failed to possess the proper permit for the weapon, according
to police.
