The new 1,500 square-foot facility hosts a variety of strength and metabolic conditioning equipment to maximize performance and results for a range of athletes.
“At GET, we take a different approach to fitness,” said head trainer and owner, Matt Gunning. ”Rather than telling people what they must do, we listen to their fitness goals and then empower them to be successful by providing the necessary tools and coaching, as well as a flexible class structure.”
In addition to the dynamic environment, Matt aims to create workouts that capitalize on the benefits of functional movements. His workouts include stretching and mobility practices, strength training, and suspension and resistance techniques.
