Joshua C. French, 37, of Wilton, pleaded May 19 to felony DWI. 

Jessie Delossantos, 32, of Moreau, pleaded May 19 to failure to register or verify as a sex offender. 

Kyle J. Massoth, 30, of Rensselaer, was sentenced May 19 to 1.5 to 3 years in state prison, after pleading to attempted assault in the second-degree, a felony, in connection with an incident in Mechanicville. 

Devon Ostrander, 26, of Milton, pleaded May 19 to strangulation in the second-degree, a felony, in connection with an incident in Malta. 

Aaron P. Penley, 45, of Mayfield, was sentenced May 14 to 6 months jail and 5 years of probation, after pleading to felony grand larceny in connection with an incident in Greenfield first charged September 2019. 

Brandin M. Marble, 31, of South Glens Falls, was sentenced May 14 to 2 to 4 years in state prison after pleading to attempted burglary in the third-degree, a felony, in connection with an incident in Saratoga first charged November 2020. 

John M. Stenzel, 49, of Saratoga Springs, was sentenced May 14 to 5 years of probation, after pleading to felony DWI. 

Peter J. Rupp, 41, of Ballston Spa, was sentenced to 2 to 4 years in state prison, after pleading to felony criminal contempt, in connection with an incident in Milton.

POLICE

Shawn R. Bultman, 40, of Northumberland was charged May 19 with the felonies: assault; two counts criminal possession of a weapon; reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child - a misdemeanor. Gina M. Kolakovic, 30, of Northumberland, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child.  Narrative:  at 10 p.m. on May 19, members of the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of Ballard Road in the town of Wilton for a report of a victim of a gunshot wound. A vehicle as well as the victim and his vehicle were found in the area of Ballard Road and Whispering Pines Mobile Home Park. Authorities say their investigation revealed that Bultman and Kolakovic were traveling together along with their two-year-old son. A road rage incident occurred between their vehicle and a second vehicle on Ballard Road west of Traver Road. An altercation ensued during which Bultman took possession of a 12-gauge shotgun and fired the weapon, striking the victim in the abdomen and lower leg area. The victim was transported to Albany Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. The 2-year-old child in the offending vehicle was unharmed. Both Mr. Bultman and Ms. Kolakovic were arrested without incident. The victim was transported to Albany Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

Ashley T. Sweeney, 37, of Stillwater, was charged May 17 with felony burglary, criminal contempt in the first-degree, 3 counts of criminal contempt in the second-degree, endangering the welfare of a child, obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, and harassment. The Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic incident call in the Town of Stillwater on May 16. The caller alleged that his estranged wife had been repeatedly contacting him via telephone in violation of a duly served order of protection. Sweeney is accused of unlawfully entering a dwelling with the intent to commit a crime therein and of violating an order of protection. She is also accused of punching the male victim while a child was present. While taking Ms. Sweeney into custody, she allegedly physically resisted arrest and attempted to prevent a police officer from performing an official function, according to the sheriff’s office. 

Kelly J. Goodnough, 49, of Schaghticoke was charged May 6 in the town of Northumberland with felony burglary in connection with an alleged incident that occurred at a residence. The complaint alleges that the defendant entered and remained unlawfully in the dwelling of another person with intent to commit theft there, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s office. The victim was known to Goodnough. 

Taylor A. Brueckner, 20, of Greenfield Center, was charged May 18 with felony burglary and felony criminal mischief. Brueckner is suspected of unlawfully entering and spray painting the walls inside of the old Saratoga County Homestead in the Town of Providence with the intent to commit a crime therein, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s office. 

POLICE

SARATOGA SPRINGS — A 19-year-old city man reportedly “attacking cars” while standing in the roadway of West Avenue last Friday afternoon is facing multiple felony and misdemeanor charges. Police say at approximately 4:30 p.m. on May 7, they received multiple calls regarding the incident. After arriving at the scene, officers attempted to converse with the man, who did not engage with the officers and instead began to run, jumping into the open passenger window of an occupied vehicle and attempting to force the driver out of the car, according to police. The driver, a 48-year-old woman, was removed from the car and officers subsequently took the man into custody. The man, identified as Colby C. Flood, 19, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with attempted robbery in the second-degree/motor vehicle, and unlawful imprisonment in the first-degree – both felonies, and the misdemeanors: resisting arrest, obstruct governmental administration, reckless endangerment property, and disorderly conduct: obstructing traffic. Flood was arraigned and sent to Saratoga County Jail on bail, police said. The 48-year-old driver was the only occupant of the vehicle and suffered some minor injuries from the incident. No weapons were believed to be involved.

Daniel Ortega, 29, of Saratoga Springs, was charged May 12 with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a narcotic. Both charges are felonies. 

Christon Barnes, 41, of Wilton, was charged May 12 in Saratoga Springs with criminal contempt, and aggravated family offense. Both charges are felonies. 

Marcus Young, 35, of Saratoga Springs, was charged May 14 with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, and having no motor vehicle license.

Christina M. Flores, 41, and Shawn P. Flores, 42 – both of Malta, were each charged with cruelty towards animals – a misdemeanor under the New York State Agriculture and Markets Law. They are accused of failing to provide sustenance to the animals and of keeping them in unsafe and unsanitary living conditions. The animals - two pit bulls - are currently receiving care at the Saratoga County Animal Shelter.

Timothy J. Quinlan, 40, of Rochester, was charged May 10 with felony burglary, in connection with an incident that occurred May 3. Quinlan is accused of forcibly gaining entry into the Saratoga Central Catholic High School on Monday, May 3 sometime during the overnight hours. Police said he was gone from the school prior to staff and students arriving. 

Raymond Darrah, 44, of Ballston Spa was charged May 3 in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor.

Koran Jeffers, 43, of Schenectady, was charged May 4 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, moving from lane unsafely, driving motor vehicle on/across a sidewalk, having a suspended registration and no inspection certificate. 

Kaylee Dulmaine, 24, of Vernon, was charged May 6 in Saratoga Springs on a warrant with criminal tampering the third-degree, a misdemeanor. 

Jose Madera, 39, of Saratoga Springs, was charged May 8 with assault in the second-degree, and resisting arrest. 

Sarah Filmer, 25, of Fort Plain, was charged May 9 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, refusal to take a breath test, moving from lane unsafely, failure to notify DMV of address change. 

Kayla Kelsey, 27, of Saratoga Springs, was charged May 9 with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and registration suspended. 

Carissa Robbins, 23, of Saratoga Springs, was charged May 9 with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. 

Alex J. Ryle, 18, of Ballston Spa, was charged May 14 with one count felony rape and one misdemeanor count sexual misconduct. Ryle is suspected of engaging in sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 15, while he was over the age of 18, as well as engaging in sexual intercourse with another person who was 16 years of age at the time, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s office. The acts are said to have occurred between February and April 2021 in the Town of Milton. He was sent to Saratoga County Jail in lieu of $500 cash, $5,000 insured bond, or $40,000 partially secure bond. Orders of Protection have been issued by the court for the victims.

COURT 

Justin D. Allen, 32, of Schenectady, pleaded April 30 to criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth-degree, a felony, in connection with an incident in Wilton. Sentencing June 22. 

POLICE

Joshua John, 25, of Latham was charged May 7 in Saratoga Springs with felony burglary, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, misdemeanor DWI and aggravated DWI, and operating an unregistered vehicle, after the Saratoga Springs Police Department responded to a reported burglary in-progress call on Broadway near Caroline Street. The caller reported that an unknown man began climbing into her apartment through an open living room window just prior to her 911 call, according to police. The male subsequently exited the window and fled on foot. After receiving a description provided by the victim, officers located John, who was allegedly behind the wheel of a 2010 Toyota Camry at the intersection of Broadway and Division. Based on further investigation, police said John was charged with the burglary offense as well as the listed DWI/traffic charges. 

Scott R. Solomon, age 35, of Cohoes, was charged May 7 in Saratoga Springs with two felony counts each Offering a False Instrument for Filing, and Possession of a Forged Instrument, in addition to two felony counts of forgery. The charges relate to an August 2020 investigation regarding concerns with paperwork Solomon filed with the city of Saratoga Springs on behalf of Siro’s Restaurant that consisted of insurance paperwork and a NYS Liquor License, according to police. It is alleged both documents were fraudulent, and Solomon is suspected of being aware of that fact when he filed them with the city.

Heather Gonzalez, 23, of Cohoes, was charged May 22 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, and failure to keep to the right. 

Derek Disanto, 19, of Albany, was charged May 2 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, failure to keep to the right, and driving a vehicle with unsafe tires. 

Christopher Barnes, 41, of Wilton, was charged April 27 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, refusal to take a breath test, aggravated unlicensed operation, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and moving from lane unsafely. 

Code Design, 26, of Saratoga Springs, was charged April 27 with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, speeding, and operating motor vehicle without signal devices/reflectors. 

Theodore Korenowski, 25, of Saratoga Springs, was charged April 28 with criminal trespass, a misdemeanor. 

Patrick McGowin, 36, of Ballston Spa, was charged April 30 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI.

Anthony Argento, 30, of New York, was charged April 28 in Saratoga Springs with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, and failure to keep right. 

Dominic Poggoli, 22, of Rensselaer, was charged April 24 in Saratoga Springs with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation. 

Shayne Richardson, 28, of Saratoga Springs, was charged April 25 with criminal possession of a controlled substance, and a vehicle equipment violation. 

Patrick Crandall, 32, of Saratoga Springs, was charged April 26 with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, registration suspended, and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. 

Christopher M. Greklek, 53, of Halfmoon, was charged May 4 with grand larceny in the third- degree, a felony, after allegedly stealing merchandise and receiving unauthorized product mark-downs in the amount of $24,303.68 between January and March 2021 at the Home Depot Store on Crossings Boulevard in Halfmoon. 

Khalil Hankins, 26, of Colonie, and Ava Maddalla, 20, of Schenectady, were each charged April 15 with one count burglary, attempted grand larceny, and criminal possession of stolen property after the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint from a hotel located in the town of Malta regarding activity of two guests of the facility. The investigation revealed that Hankins and Maddalla allegedly disregarded signage and barriers that closed a section of the hotel for renovations, entered the area and proceeded to steal construction equipment and supplies. They are also accused of attempting to steal a pickup truck belonging to an employee of the hotel. 

Renea E. Savona, 54, of Ballston Lake, was charged April 26 with grand larceny, and two counts forgery. She is accused of stealing approximately $27,437 and forged numerous checks between October 2020 and January 2021, while employed as the bank manager of KeyBank located at 525 Vischer Ferry Rd in the Town of Clifton Park. 

Patrick Disbrow, 38, of Schuylerville, Tony Prichard, 32, of Hudson Falls, Joshua Ferrucci, 28, of Ballston Spa, William Robison, 23, of Greenwich, and Nicholas Warner, 21, of Clifton Park were all charged with 3 counts each of burglary in the third-degree. They are accused of acting together to take property from storage units in the Town of Wilton. A car was allegedly among the stolen items from inside one of the units and was subsequently driven from the scene, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Department.

Ronnie L. Gardner, 28, of Saratoga Springs, was sentenced April 29 to 1 to 3 years in state prin, after pleading to felony grand larceny.

Brandon L. Sitts, 35, of Corinth, pleaded April 29 to felony burglary, Sentencing July 9. 

Dennis J. Lescault, II, was sentenced April 29 to 2 to 4 years state prison after pleading to felony assault in Saratoga Springs, and additional time to be served after pleading to aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, resisting arrest, and DWAI in Malta. Sentences to run concurrently. 

Billy Jo Murdie, 46, of Milton, pleaded April 27 to unlawful surveillance in the second-degree, a felony. Sentencing July 6. 

Samuel Tyrel, 22, of Saratoga Springs, pleaded April 26 to failure to register as a sex offender, a felony. Sentencing June 28. 

Victor Casado, 29, of Saratoga Springs, pleaded April 26 to aggravated family offense, and to criminal possession of a weapon – both felonies. Sentencing June 28. 

Sheriff’s Office Checks Alcohol Compliance Countywide. On April 23, the Sheriff’s Office, in conjunction with the NYS Liquor Authority, conducted an operation which checked for compliance with the NYS Alcohol Beverage Control Laws. Underage volunteers were sent into the businesses to conduct a controlled purchase of alcohol. A total of 60 businesses were checked, 10 of which violated NYS Alcohol Beverage Control Law section 65-1, Sale of alcohol to a person under the age of 21. In each case the clerk who made the sale was arrested by the Sheriff’s Office for violating section 65 of the ABC Law (Violation level offense). The stores will also face sanctions from the NYS Liquor Authority. The stores that failed compliance were: Speedway 3006 NYS Route 50 Wilton, Exxon 1284 NYS Route 9 Moreau, Stewart’s Shop 3 Saratoga Ave South Glens Falls, M and M Fuels 3 Gansevoort Road South Glens Falls, Stewart’s Shop 1917 NYS Route 32 Northumberland, Stewart’s Shop 208 Broad Street Schuylerville. 

POLICE

Sheriff’s Department: Multi-town pursuit. A multi-town pursuit was initiated April 28 shortly after 7:30 p.m. when the driver of a vehicle fled authorities after reportedly striking the park entrance barriers at Saratoga Battlefield. The vehicle was spotted on a path that headed north on Route 32, then south on Route 4 through the village of Stillwater and the city of Mechanicville, before continuing westbound on Route 67, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. The vehicle ultimately reached Route 9, where it turned south, striking signs at the roundabout at Routes 9 and 67, and eventually crossing over to the northbound lane on Route 9 striking a guardrail near Goldfoot Road in the town of Malta and coming to a stop. The operator of the vehicle, identified as 48-year-old Robert A. Sanders of Lakewood, New Jersey, was found dead at the scene, police said. 

City Police: Altercation on Caroline Street. A man was slashed with a knife after a verbal exchange inside a Caroline Street bar accelerated into a physical altercation that involved a handful of people last weekend. The altercation involved a swinging of a sandwich board sign and the alleged slashing of a victim’s head with a knife or cutting instrument, Saratoga Springs Police say. The victim, a 33-year-old man, suffered a non-life-threatening injury and was taken to Saratoga Hospital for treatment. The incident occurred Saturday, April 24. Officers were called to Caroline Street for a fight in progress at approximately 9:15 p.m.  Police said their investigation shows that victim and his friends had been inside a Caroline Street establishment when words were exchanged between the victim’s group and another group inside. Both groups were asked to leave the establishment. Once outside, approximately four people from the two groups engaged in a physical altercation. Upon their arrival, officers determined the fight was over. They did find the 33-year-old victim, however, other involved parties had already left the area. Since the incident, officers and investigators have been obtaining video and interviewing witnesses. Downtown establishments have been quick to assist, police said. At this time, the police department feels this was an isolated incident between two groups of people who had no prior relationship. Clifford C. Colvin, 61, of Mechanicville, was sentenced April21 to 1-1/3 to 4 years in state prison, after pleading to aggravated DWI, a felony, in connection with an incident in Malta. 

Justen S. Roberts, 24, of Cohoes, pleaded April 21 to felony burglary, and criminal contempt misdemeanor, in connection with an incident in Waterford. Sentencing June 23. 

Zachary J. Golding, 34, of Clifton Park, pleaded April 20 to criminal contempt in the first-degree, a felony, in connection with an incident in Halfmoon. Sentencing July 6. 

Bradley J. Vandusen, 56, homeless, was sentenced April 19 to 5 years in state prison, after pleading to attempted arson in the second-degree, a felony, in connection with an incident in Saratoga Springs. The date of the initial charge was July 27, 2020. 

Justin W. Rodgers-Davis, 37, of Fort Edward, was sentenced April 19 to 1-1/3 to 4 years in state prison, after pleading to felony DWI in connection with an incident in Moreau. 

James T. Love, 46, of Wilton, pleaded April 16 to attempted assault in the second-degree. Sentencing June 25. 

Tony J. Prichard, 32, of Ballston Spa, was sentenced April 16 to 2 years in state prison after pleading to criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth-degree, and two sentences of 1-1/3 to 4 years in prison after pleading to two separate counts of felony burglary. 

Kelsey A. Irving, 30, of Queensbury, was sentenced to 5 years of probation, after pleading to felony DWI in connection with an incident in Malta. 

Patrick F. Phelan, 53, of Saratoga Springs, pleaded April 22 to aggravated vehicular assault, a felony, and reckless endangerment, a misdemeanor, in connection with an incident in November 2020. According to the Saratoga County District Attorney’s office, Phelan had admitted in court that he operated a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition and struck 72-year-old pedestrian Andrew Fincke as he was jogging on the shoulder of Ballston Avenue. Fincke suffered serious injuries as a result. Sentencing scheduled June 24.   

POLICE

Donald Sutherland, 68, of Milton, was charged April 19 in Saratoga Springs with reckless endangerment in the second-degree. 

Joseph Deschenes, 50, of Ballston Spa, was charged April 21 with criminal mischief.

Bernadette Lioi, 39, of Saratoga Springs, was charged April 22 with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and having no inspection certificate.

Christopher Post, 39, of Saratoga Springs was charged April 22 with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and inadequate lights.

Philip Fitzpatrick, 52, of Saratoga Springs, was charged April 22 with misdemeanor trespassing. 

Yisel Martinez, 42, of Saratoga Springs, was charged April 16 with criminal trespass, and criminal mischief. Both charges are misdemeanors. 

Melissa M. Knight, 48, of Saratoga, was charged April 22 with aggravated criminal contempt, two Felony counts of burglary in the first-degree, assault in the third degree, and criminal mischief in the fourth degree. Knight is accused of unlawfully entering a residence and assaulting the occupant of the residence who had a full stay-away order in effect at the time. She is also accused of causing damage inside the residence at the time of the incident. The victim suffered minor injuries, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. 

Arthur J. Allen, 23, of Hadley, was charged April 16 with two felony counts reckless endangerment, and two counts criminal mischief, following an incident that occurred in the Town of Day. Allen is accused of intentionally driving his vehicle into another vehicle and causing a head on collision. Minor injuries were reported by an occupant of the other vehicle. 

Daniel M. Perodeau, 27, of Malta, was charged with harassment in the second-degree, felony criminal contempt in the first-degree, obstructing governmental administration in the second-degree and criminal mischief in the fourth-degree - both misdemeanors, in connection with an alleged domestic dispute, and an active order of protection related to the parties involved, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. 

Juan C. Pantaleon, 20, Bronx, and Victor Dominguez, 19, Saratoga Springs, were each charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance/ intent to sell - felony, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth-degree – felony.  The charges area culmination of an investigation into possible illegal narcotic’s activity taking place at a Kirby Road residence. The search warrant resulted in the seizure of over ½-ounce of powdered cocaine, cutting agents, packaging materials, and just over $1800. Based upon the results, Pantaleon and Dominguez were each charged with both listed offenses. 

COURT

Tyler J. Gaston, 26, of Clifton Park, pleaded April 14 to two counts sexual abuse in the first-degree, in connection with two incidents that occurred in Saratoga Springs and in Malta, respectively, last year. Gaston was charged in Saratoga Springs Oct. 2, 2020 with sexual abuse in the first-degree and assault in the second-degree, both felonies, and unlawful imprisonment in the second-degree, a misdemeanor, in connection with the Sept. 23 incident. On that date, officers from the Saratoga Springs Police Department were sent to the Maplewood Cemetery, at the intersection of Weibel Avenue and Louden Road, in response to a call from a 22-year-old woman who reported that she had been attacked by an unknown male while walking through the cemetery. During the incident, the victim was subject to sexual contact through forcible compulsion, according to police. She had also suffered minor physical injury but did not require emergency medical treatment. On Saturday, Sept. 26, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office charged Gaston while investigating a similar incident in the Town of Malta. Investigators from the Sheriff’s Office were already aware of the open case in Saratoga Springs and contacted investigators from the Saratoga Springs Police Department. Sentencing is scheduled at Saratoga County Court on June 16. 

Robert Salisbury, Jr., 32, of Schenectady, was sentenced April 15 to 1 year in jail, after pleading to felony DWI, in Ballston. 

Daniel R. Deere, 49, of Gansevoort, pleaded April 15 to felony robbery, in connection with an incident in Wilton. Sentencing June 24. 

Bryan E. Gailor, 42, of Ballston Spa, was sentenced April 12 to 3-1/2 years in state prison, after pleading to attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance in connection with an incident in Malta. 

Shamika Penn, 30, of Buffalo, pleaded April 13 to felony grand larceny, in connection with an incident in Moreau. Sentencing June 15.

POLICE

Regina Wilson, 51, and Keith Wilson, 51, both of Saratoga Springs, were each charged April 13 with torturing or injuring animals/failure to provide sustenance, a misdemeanor. 

James Bernardoni, 50, of Green Island, was charged April 12 in Saratoga Springs with failure to pay service, a misdemeanor.

Felix Omoruyi, 34, of Desoto, TX, was charged April 16 in Saratoga Springs with criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. 

Michelle L. Iorio, 32, of Moreau, was charged April 15 with arson in the third degree – a felony, following an investigation into a fire in a residence in the Town of Moreau. Iorio is accused of intentionally lighting a fire inside her residence after having a dispute with other occupants of the household earlier in the day, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Department. At the time of the fire, she was the only occupant of the house, and no one was injured in the fire. 

Brendan F. Mitchell, AKA: “Dred,” 31, was charged April 15 with six felony counts criminal possession of a controlled substance, and one felony count criminal sale of a controlled substance. Mitchell is accused of distributing quantities of cocaine, crack cocaine and heroin throughout Saratoga County. 

Glen Riches, 32, of Saratoga Springs, was charged April 9 with unlawful imprisonment -a felony, and criminal obstruction of breathing, a misdemeanor. 

Joseph Deschenes, 50, of Saratoga Springs, was charged April 9 with criminal trespass as a misdemeanor. 

Heather Jurczak, 47, of Waterville, was charged April 8 in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to keep right. 

Derrick Finnegan, 22, of Queensbury, was charged April 9 in Saratoga Springs with felony DWI as a second offense within 10 years, felony aggravated DWI, felony unlicensed operation, the misdemeanors: reckless driving, obstruct governmental administration, resisting arrest, as well as speeding, improper passing, and failure to obey police officer. 

Karen Sitterly, 52, of Niskayuna, was charged April 9 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor assault, and felony vehicular assault. 

Erin Haegele, 34, of Saratoga Springs, was charged April 8 with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor
vehicle, and a vehicle equipment violation. 

Michael Bohm, 31, of Saratoga Springs, was charged April 11 with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate.

Nathan Shreve, 41, of Saratoga Springs, was charged April 11 with criminal contempt in the second-degree, a misdemeanor. 

Russell Duffney, 54, of Saratoga Springs, was charged April 11 with two misdemeanor counts of petit larceny. 

COURT

Jeffrey S. Casey, 19, of South Glens Falls, pleaded April 9 to felony burglary in connection with an incident in Moreau. Sentencing June 16. 

Aaron P. Hebert, 27, of Troy, was sentenced April 9 to 5 years of probation after pleading to felony DWI, in connection with an incident in Clifton Park.

John H. Pruyn, 22, of Colonie, was sentenced April 9 to six months in jail and 5 years of probation after pleading to driving while ability impaired in connection with an incident in Waterford. 

Timothy T. Taylor, 31, of Halfmoon, was sentenced April 8 to 1 to 3 years in state prison, after pleading to driving while ability impaired. 

Christopher M. James, of Albany, was sentenced April 8 to 1 year in jail, after pleading to felony burglary in connection with an incident in Clifton Park. 

Sage A. Gaudette, 19, of Mechanicville, was sentenced to 1-1/3 to 4 years in state prison, after pleading to felony robbery. 

Jesse R. Coleman, 37, of Ballston Spa, pleaded April 7 to attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance, a felony. Sentencing June 17. 

Matthew R. Dryer, 38, of Utica, pleaded April 7 to felony grand larceny, in connection with an incident in Halfmoon. Sentencing May 3. 

Tyquan T. Smith, 28, of Troy, was sentenced April 7 to time served and five years of probation, after pleading to criminal contempt in the first degree, in connection with an incident in Mechanicville. 

Chad M. Cruger, Jr., 21, of Saratoga Springs, was sentenced April 6 to three terms each of six months in jail, after pleading to one count criminal mischief in the second-degree, and two counts felony burglary. Sentences to run concurrently.   

Erik J. Klebauskas, 44, of Wilton, pleaded April 5 to aggravated DWI, a felony, in connection with an incident in Milton. Sentencing June 14. 

Maxwell G. Peris, 20, of Greenfield, pleaded April 5 to unlawful imprisonment in the first-degree, a felony. Sentencing June 7.

POLICE

Vincent L. Avila, 21, of Schenectady, was charged with two counts of rape in the third-degree, two counts of criminal sex act in the third-degree, use of a child in a sexual performance, endangering the welfare of a child, and petit larceny.  Additionally, Michael T. May, 25, of Mechanicville, was charged with two counts of rape in the third-degree, use of a child in a sexual performance, and endangering the welfare of a child. According to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Department, it is alleged that in the overnight hours between Jan. 27 and 28, Avila and May brought a 16-year-old girl to a hotel room in the Town of Malta, provided alcohol and drugs to her and had sexual relations with her which were recorded on their cell phones. Avila was arrested on April 7, and May was arrested on April 8. Both defendants were arraigned, and Avila was sent to Saratoga County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail, while May posted $1,000 cash bail at his arraignment. 

John Bellon, 27, of Ballston Spa, was charged April 7 in Saratoga Springs with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use drug paraphernalia, use leased/rented/loaned vehicle not equipped with interlock device, and two driving related-violations. 

Christina Montville, 24, of Saratoga Springs, was charged April 8 with criminal possession stolen property.

On April 6, State Police in Wilton arrested 41-year-old Timothy A Gillian of E. Fairfield, VT, 43-year-old Jermain Brooks of Bronx, NY, and 47-year-old Stacey A. Mossey of Sheldon, VT on the following charges: criminal possession of a controlled substance - felony; two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance - felony; criminal possession of a narcotic drug - felony; two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance - misdemeanor; criminal use of drug paraphernalia. Brooks was additionally charged with tampering with physical evidence. Mossey was additionally charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence. State Police stopped Gillian for a series of suspected traffic infractions as he traveled on I-87 in the town of Wilton. When the Trooper approached the vehicle to speak with Gillian, it is alleged drug paraphernalia containing cocaine residue was in plain view. Gillian and his passengers, Jermain Brooks and Stacey Mossey, were taken into custody. A search of the vehicle revealed that they were in possession of approximately 8.1 ounces of cocaine, 6.1 ounces of heroin, and items consistent with the packaging and sale of controlled substances. During a search conducted at the station, Mossey was allegedly found to be in possession of an additional 2.3 grams of crack cocaine which she had hidden on her person. Brooks was found to possess .5 gram of heroin which he had hidden on his person. Gillian and Brooks were sent to Saratoga County Jail without bail. Mossey was sent to county jail in lieu of $50,000 cash or $100,000 bond. They are due back in court on a later date.

COURT

Edward Kelly, 48, of Glens Falls, was sentenced April 2 to 6 months jail, after pleading to possessing a sexual performance by a child. 

Cameron S. Vandusen, 27, of Galway, pleaded March 30 to felony robbery in connection with an incident that occurred in Greenfield. Sentencing scheduled June 11. 

Samantha E. Germain, 27, of Greenfield, pleaded April 1 to criminal contempt in the first-degree. Sentencing June 3. 

Crystal M. Hebert, 34, of Saratoga Springs, pleaded April 1 to grand larceny in the third-degree, in connection with an incident in Saratoga Springs. Sentencing June 3. 

Jack Jeffers, 25, of Vorheesville, was sentenced March 30 in Saratoga County Court to serve 4 to 12 years for manslaughter, and 9 years plus 5 years post-release supervision for criminal possession of a weapon, in connection with the death of Michael Ahern of Stillwater. The sentences are to run concurrently. The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office and the State Police had conducted an investigation into Ahern’s disappearance, which occurred in January 2019, and “determined Ahern was likely the victim of foul play,” according to a statement released by the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. Ahern had lived in Stillwater with Jeffers at the time of Ahern’s disappearance. In March 2019, Jeffers was involved in a property accident in the town of Saratoga and was found to be in possession of a loaded handgun – which investigators determined Jeffers had used to kill Ahern.

POLICE

Tyson O’Connell, 41, of Saratoga Springs, was charged April 3 with misdemeanor DWI, refusal to take a breath test, speed not reasonable or prudent, motor vehicle license violation: no license, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first-degree, a felony, after being involved in a property damage accident.

Joseph Deschenes, 50, of Saratoga Springs, was charged April 3 with criminal trespass.

Jay O’Neill, 36, of Saratoga Springs, was charged April 4 with criminal mischief, criminal obstruction of breathing, act in manner injure child less than 17, and second-degree harassment.    

Pamela Altamirano-Enriquez, 31, of Queens, was charged April 4 in Saratoga Springs with obstruct governmental administration. 

Ava Maddalla, 20, of Schenectady, was charged April 5 in Saratoga Springs with the following: operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, speeding, unauthorized use of a vehicle, false personation, criminal possession of stolen vehicle, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and tampering with physical evidence as a felony.    

Dylan Dixon, 28, of Gansevoort, was charged April 5 in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and motor vehicle registration suspended. 

Kirby Ives, 44, of Ballston Spa, was charged April 2 in Saratoga Springs with criminal mischief.

Paula Tancredi-Penman, 55, of Wilton, was charged April 1 in Saratoga Springs with making a false written statement, a misdemeanor.

Jose Madera, 39, of Saratoga Springs, was charged April 1 with misdemeanor petit larceny. 

Matthew Krawczyk, 34, of Ballston Spa, was charged March 29 in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a vehicle with a suspended registration, and operating a vehicle without insurance. 

Mona Nordstrom, 53, of Saratoga Springs, was charged March 15 with misdemeanor assault. 

Michelle Bush, 45, of Ballston Spa, was charged March 16 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, and a vehicle equipment violation. 

Travis Mason, 31, of Charlotte, North Carolina, was charged March 26 in Saratoga Springs with criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, and two motor vehicle violations. 

Natalie Pase-Simpson, 20, of Schenectady, was charged March 26 in Saratoga Springs with felony burglary, and misdemeanor assault and criminal mischief.

Douglas Amsler, 31, of Watervliet, was charged March 26 in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and a driving violation. 

Joshua James, 21, of Greenwich, was charged March 27 in Saratoga Springs with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, and a vehicle equipment violation. 

Peter Lushkevich, 40, of Saratoga Springs, was charged March 27 with criminal trespass, a misdemeanor. 

Shawn Johnson, 38, of Saratoga Springs, was charged March 27 with criminal trespass, a misdemeanor. 

James Altamirano, 40, of Ballston Spa, was charged March 29 in Saratoga Springs with felony burglary, and misdemeanor petit larceny.

Martin P. Heeney, 58, of Ballston Spa, pleaded March 29 to criminal possession of a weapon in the third-degree, a felony. Sentencing May 24. 

Matthew J. Stephens, 20, of Saratoga Springs, pleaded March 23 to felony grand larceny, and felony burglary. 

Stephen Miller, 42, of Mechanicville, pleaded March 22 to criminal contempt in the first-degree, in Northumberland. Sentencing May 26. 

Daniel L. Jones, 43, of Saratoga Springs, pleaded March 25 to attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance, a felony, in Wilton. Sentencing May 24. 

Kayla N. Scolamiero, 29, of Ballston Spa, was sentenced March 26 to 1 year in Saratoga County Jail, after pleading to felony DWI in Ballston. 

Keegen A. Farrell, 20, of Greenfield Center, was sentenced March 26 to two 5-year-terms of probation to run concurrently, after pleading to criminal
possession of stolen property, in Milton, and felony burglary in Saratoga. 

Alexandria E. Cruz, 29, of Brooklyn, was sentenced to 5 years of probation, after pleading March 26 to criminal possession of a controlled substance, in Wilton. 

POLICE

On March 20, State Police in Wilton arrested 22-year-old Leonardo D. Miller of Stratford, CT, for unpermitted use of pyrotechnics in the second-degree, a misdemeanor, and disorderly conduct, a violation. State Police were called to the Walmart on Old Gick Road in Wilton for a report of someone setting off fireworks in the electronics department. Upon arriving at the store, troopers located Miller who is accused of setting off the fireworks. No one was injured during the incident. Miller is due in Wilton Town Court on April 6.

Brittany A. Matthey, 35, of Saratoga Springs, was sentenced March 18 to five years of probation, after pleading to felony DWI. 

Aaron P. Penley, 45, of Mayfield, pleaded March 18 to felony grand larceny, in Greenfield. Sentencing May 14. 

Brandon Estes, 22, of Moreau, was sentenced March 17 to 2 years in state prison, after pleading to felony assault in Moreau. 

Destiny Ozani Matari Ramirez, 23, of Albany, pleaded March 16 to attempted burglary in the second-degree, in Galway. Sentencing May 28.   

Catherine L. Lushkevich, 57, of Laurens, was sentenced March 16 to 5 years of probation, after pleading to criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth-degree, in Clifton Park. 

D’Jontay Bennifield, 21, of Greenfield Center, was sentenced to 1-3/4 years on each felony charge of criminal contempt in the first-degree, and aggravated family offense, in connection with incidents in Saratoga Springs and Milton. Sentences to run concurrently. 

James L. Salvo, 49, of Schenectady, pleaded March 15 to felony grand larceny in Clifton Park. Sentencing May 21. 

Devan D. Hildebrandt, 29, pleaded March 15 to felony burglary and misdemeanor assault in Saratoga Springs. Sentencing May 21. 

POLICE 

Kurtis R. Patterson, 21, of Saratoga Springs, was charged March 16 with rape in the first-degree/forcible compulsion; rape in the first-degree-actor 18/victim under 13; criminal sex act first-degree-forcible compulsion; criminal sex act first-degree-actor 18/victim under 13, in connection with an alleged incident that occurred in Saratoga Springs in early March. Patterson is accused of having sexual intercourse and other sexual contact with an acquaintance under the age of 13, according to city police. He was arraigned and sent to Saratoga County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail, or $100,000 bond. 

Jesse A. Kelton, 45, of Pittsburg, CA, was charged by State Police in Clifton Park with aggravated DWI on March 13. Kelton was transported to SP Wilton where he allegedly provided a breath sample of .34% B.A.C. 

Adam L. Saumier, 33, of Norfolk, and an 18-year-old (not named) was charged by State Police in Wilton with criminal possession of marijuana in the first-degree, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth-degree (cocaine) on March 15. Both charges are felonies. Narrative: State Police stopped a vehicle driven by an 18-year-old operator for a series of traffic infractions as they traveled on I-87 in the town of Moreau. Upon interviewing the driver, the Trooper could smell the odor of marijuana and a search of the vehicle was conducted. The vehicle was allegedly found to contain multiple black bags containing approximately 201 pounds of marijuana and approximately 1.6 grams of cocaine.

Brandi Loney, 28, of Broadalbin was charged March 9 in Saratoga Springs with aggravated harassment.

Benjamin Buffalo, of Saratoga Springs, was charged March 9 with criminal mischief.

Kevin Kelly, 40 of Saratoga Springs, was charged March 9 with criminal mischief as a felony.

John Vance, 31, of Saratoga Springs, was charged March 10 with criminal contempt, aggravated family offense-felony, criminal mischief.

Edward Vohnoutka, 43, of Schuylerville, was charged March 11 in Saratoga Springs with unlawful dissemination or publication of an intimate image.

John Hoch, 25, of Saratoga Springs was charged March 11 with two felony counts criminal possession controlled substance, one count criminal possession controlled substance misdemeanor, and criminal possession marijuana. 

Patrick Begin, 22, Wynantskill, was charged March 12 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, and making an unsafe turn/failure to give appropriate signal. 

Jon Pasquariello, 33, of Saratoga Springs, was charged March 12 with criminal mischief. 

Zachary Welch, 29, of Saratoga Springs, was charged March 12 with assault in the third-degree: with intent to cause physical injury; criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation; act in manner injure child less than 17. 

Jacob Smith, 24, of Saratoga Springs, was charged March 12 with criminal trespass, a misdemeanor. 

Ian Rawlinson, 42, of Long Beach, CA, was charged March 12 in Saratoga Springs with arrest person without warrant - charged in another state.

Jovanna Dalonzo, 23, of Ballston Spa, was charged March 13 in Saratoga Springs with criminal trespass, a misdemeanor. 

Kristin Symmes, 40, of Saratoga Springs, was charged March 13 with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, and unlawful imprisonment. 

Thomas McCall, 32, of Saratoga Springs, was charged March 14 with operating motor vehicle impaired by drugs-1st offense-misdemeanor; operate motor vehicle without stop lights; criminal possession controlled substance -felony; criminal possession controlled substance misdemeanor.
