BALLSTON SPA –Indoor cycling has arrived in Ballston Spa. Ballston Spa Fitness has expanded its facility with the addition of a brand new indoor cycling studio called Ballston Spa Cycle.

“I've wanted to do this for several years,” said Tiffany Robyck, owner and founder of Ballston Spa Fitness.

“I am an outdoor cyclist and I love to ride. I wanted to share my love for riding and indoor cycling workouts, and I saw a need for this in the Ballston Spa area.”

Ballston Spa Cycle is in the same location as Ballston Spa Fitness, which resides at 18 Ralph Street. There are six certified indoor cycling instructors who offer classes at various times every day of the week. Classes are 45-60 minutes long. A class schedule is available at www.ballstonspafit.com

The classes are beginner-friendly, as there is no prior experience required. All of the workouts can be done at one's own pace, and the instructors will help cyclists at any level to get the most out of their workout. There are 19 stationary bikes available, and reservations - which can be made online - are recommended.

Ballston Spa Fitness is celebrating the new Ballston Spa Cycle with a Grand Opening Party on Saturday, April 16 from 10 a.m.to 2 p.m. There will be free 30 minute classes every half hour during the event.

“I hope to inspire others to be active and live a healthy lifestyle,” said Robyck. “Between the music pumping and being with an instructor and other class participants - indoor cycling isn’t just a great workout, it’s a really fun workout!”

Ballston Spa Fitness and Ballston Spa Cycle are located at 18 Ralph Street in Ballston Spa. For more information, call (518) 605-2813 or visit www.ballstonspafit.com
