Saratoga Springs Meetings This Week

Parcel on the corner of West Ave. and Grand Ave. where applicant B&D Properties, of Rotterdam, seeks to demolish the existing single-family residential structure and propose construction of a mixed-use building with four townhouses, and apartment, a commercial space and adjoining parking lot. The application is under consideration at the city’s Design Review Commission.
