SARATOGA SPRINGS — Consideration of Lead Agency status for the SEQRA review regarding a proposed 344 multifamily project at Station Lane and State Route 29 is among the possible consent agenda items at the city Planning Board this month.
The Station Lane construction project proposal includes two 4-story buildings, 40 two-story row houses and a 110-bedroom hotel.
Applications currently under consideration by the Planning Board include: Consideration of advisory opinion to the ZBA for an area variance for a two-lot subdivision at 86 Ludlow; Special use permit amendment to increase the number of residential units for a mixed-use development project at 52 Marion Ave.; Site plan review of a mixed-use building including non-residential space and 23 residential units at 78 Church St., and Special use permit for a private/social club at 118 Woodlawn Ave.
The Saratoga Springs Planning Board meets 6 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 25 at City Hall.
