GANSEVOORT — Harry V. Bayer, age 86, passed away on Friday, September 1, 2017 peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family.
He was born on March 25, 1931 in Brooklyn, New York, the son of the late Joseph Bayer and Gertrude Ward Bayer.
