COURT 

Brandin M. Marble, 30, of South Glens Falls, pleaded Feb. 17 to felony attempted burglary, in Saratoga. Sentencing March 31.

Tyler S. Moon, 42, of South Glens Falls, was sentenced to 2 to 4 years in state prison, after pleading to felony grand larceny, in Saratoga Springs. 

Justin W. Rodgers-Davis, 37, of Fort Edward, pleaded Feb. 17 to felony DWI, in Moreau. Sentencing April 19. 

Melissa R. LaPoint, 42, of Moreau, was sentenced Feb. 16 to 1 year in jail, after pleading to two counts felony DWI, two counts felony aggravated DWI, and endangering the life of a child, a misdemeanor, in Wilton. 

Tricia M. Kilduff, 41, of Glens Falls, was sentenced to 1 to 3 years in state prison, after pleading to aggravated DWI with a child less than 16 years of age, in Moreau. 

POLICE

Brian Raymond, 50, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Feb. 19 with criminal mischief in the third-degree, a felony. 

Sharu Venable, 49, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Feb. 20 with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, aggravated DWI, refusal to take a breath test, act in manner injure child, and following too closely. 

John Petalas, 24, of Rensselaer, was charged Feb. 21 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, speeding, and a motor vehicle license violation: no license. 

Victor Pardo, 59, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Feb. 21 with misdemeanor DWI, and failure to keep right. 

Dameon Myrick, 38, of Saratoga, was charged Feb. 21 in Saratoga springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, and speeding. 

Ryan Monaco, 29, of Ballston Spa, was charged Feb. 19 in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle without stop lamps. 

Matthew O’Donnell, 30, of Gloversville, was charged Feb. 16 in Saratoga Springs with petit larceny, and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Both charges are misdemeanors. 

Samantha O’Donnell, 32, of Greenfield, was charged Feb. 16 in Saratoga Springs with petit larceny, and criminal possession of a controlled substance. Both charges are misdemeanors. 

Michael Goodwin, 34, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Feb. 18 with unlawful imprisonment, a misdemeanor. 

Bridget Stockwell, 37, of Charlton, was charged Feb. 17 in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, circumvent interlock, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and moving from lane unsafely. 

Robert Hedrick, 29, of Ballston Spa, was charged Feb. 17 in Saratoga Springs with resisting arrest, obstruct governmental administration, criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal contempt, tampering with physical evidence, and aggravated family offense. 

Marcus Raffuel, 53, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Feb. 18 with misdemeanor DWI, misdemeanor aggravated DWI, and moving from lane unsafely. 

State Police are investigating a vehicle pursuit that led to two state police patrol cars being damaged in Clifton Park. At approximately 11 p.m. on Feb. 18, State Police personnel were monitoring a vehicle pursuit involving a suspect in a burglary with a weapon in the city of Schenectady. As the suspect crossed into the town of Clifton Park, Troopers joined the vehicle pursuit. A preliminary investigation determined as the suspect vehicle traveled eastbound on State Route 146, he crossed into the center median, ramming the passenger side of a waiting troop car. The trooper car was positioned in the center median with its emergency lights activated to warn any approaching traffic. The suspect’s vehicle allegedly then intentionally rammed the driver side of the trooper car, pushing it into a snowbank. When a second unit arrived on scene, the suspect is believed to have intentionally struck the front of that patrol car, before reversing and becoming stuck in a snowbank. Neither Trooper was injured. The driver of the vehicle is identified as 29-year-old Shaquille Jahmere Daniels of Troy. Daniels was taken into custody without further resistance and turned over to the Schenectady Police Department. A loaded handgun was recovered from the vehicle.
