Kamdyn J. Bishop, 31, of Wilton, pleaded Dec. 5 to misdemeanor assault, first charged October 2021 in Saratoga Springs. Sentencing Feb. 6.
Elisha L. Novak, 40, of Gansevoort, pleaded Dec. 5 to aggravated DWI with a child, first charged in April in the town of Saratoga. Sentencing Jan. 23.
David Krapish, of Ballston Spa, no age given, was sentenced Dec. 2 to 3 years probation, after pleading to failure to register as a sex offender.
Frederick J. Paul, Jr., 50, of Troy, was sentenced Dec. 2 to 5 years probation after pleading to felony DWI, first charged in Stillwater.
Rahsaan Fennicks, 37, of Schenectady, was sentenced Dec. 2 to 1-1/3 to 3 years incarceration after pleading to felony criminal contempt, first charged May 2022 in Wilton.
Todd A. Axton, 60, of Ballston Spa, was sentenced Dec. 1 to 1-1/3 to 4 years incarceration, after pleading to felony criminal contempt, in connection with charges in March 2022.
Dina M. Dulong, 51, of Clifton Park, was sentenced Dec. 1 to 1-1/2 to 3 years incarceration, after pleading to felony grand larceny, first charged in June 2022.
Christian Colon, 34, of Burnt Hills, was sentenced Dec. 1 to a 10-year term of probation, after pleading to possessing a sexual performance by a child.

Justice D. Ross, 25, Schenectady, was charged Dec. 6 with assault in the second-degree, stemming from an altercation in the Saratoga County Correctional facility. It is alleged that on Nov. 17, Ross was involved in a physical altercation with another inmate.
