Jeremie J. Goodspeed, 32, residing at 63 Lamplighter Acres, Ft. Edward was sentenced to five years probation for aggravated unlicensed operation, first degree and reckless endangerment for an incident that occurred on March 28.
David Dechants, Sr., 52, of 22 Rosewood Lane, Stillwater was sentenced in Saratoga County Court to five years probation and $7,493 in restitution for third degree welfare fraud.
