COURT

Tammera E. Brown, 52, of Wilton, pleaded Dec. 18 to attempted assault, in Northumberland. Sentencing scheduled Feb. 13. 

Samuel Tyrel, 20, of Greenfield, was sentenced Dec. 20 to six months in jail, after pleading to disseminating indecent materials to minors in the first-degree. 

Veronica V. Barkevish, 38, of Broadalbin, was sentenced Dec. 20 to six months in jail on each charge to run concurrently, after pleading to felony grand larceny and felony falsifying business records, in Ballston. 

Savannah L. Myers, 25, of Greenfield Center, was sentenced Dec. 20 to eight months in jail, after pleading to attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, in Saratoga Springs.

Richard S. Gilman, age 52, Mechanicville, was charged Dec. 20 with grand larceny third degree- felony. 

Zaye D. McKenzie, age 18, Saratoga Springs, was charged Dec. 20 with aggravated harassment in the second degree- misdemeanor. 

Faber S. Kelly, age 38, Port Henry, was charged Dec. 20 with criminal trespass third degree/building or property – misdemeanor; obstructing governmental administration second- misdemeanor. 

Katheryn A. Fasano, age 44, Saratoga Springs, was charged Dec. 20 with aggravated criminal contempt- felony; assault in the third degree/intent physical injury- felony; criminal mischief fourth degree/intend damages property- misdemeanor; endangering the welfare of a child- misdemeanor. 

Gianni D. Russo, age 31, Troy, was charged Dec. 20 with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th- misdemeanor/ 2 counts. 

Evan F. Schettini, age 22, Saratoga Springs, was charged Dec. 19 with unlawful possession of marijuana; speeding - posted zone; aggravated unlicensed operation third degree- misdemeanor. 

Heather R. Mineau, age 36, Saratoga Springs, was charged Dec. 18 with criminal mischief fourth degree/inten damages property- misdemeanor. pl 240.26-1 - harassment second degree - physical contact. 

James J. Argus, age 55, Saratoga Springs, was charged Dec. 18 with unsafe backing; aggravated unlicensed operation third degree- misdemeanor. 

Timothy A. Thomas, age 34, Ballston Spa, was charged Dec. 17 with unlawful possession of marijuana; speeding - posted zone; aggravated unlicensed operation third degree- misdemeanor.

Matthew G. Smith, age 24, Elizaville, was charged Dec. 15 with assault in the third degree/intent physical injury- misdemeanor. 

Nicholas A. Barto, age 24, Hudson, was charged Dec. 15 with assault in the third degree/intent physical injury- misdemeanor; attempted criminal mischief 4th degree/intent damages property- misdemeanor. 

Paul C. Zaroba, age 45, Saratoga Springs, was charged Dec. 15 with driving while intoxicated- felony; refuse pre-screen test; failed to stop at stop sign; failed to signal a turn - last one hundred feet; aggravated unlicensed operation 1st degree/under influence- felony. 

Latasha C. Thomas, age 26, Saratoga Springs, was charged Dec. 15 with harassment second-degree. 

Stephan W. Rubaszek, age 30, Saratoga Springs, was charged Dec. 14 with petit larceny- misdemeanor.

David A. Saxby, 43, of Schenectady, was charged Dec. 15 with aggravated DWI, DWI-drugs, endangering the welfare of a child – a misdemeanor, reckless driving – a misdemeanor, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and failure to maintain lane. Saxby is accused of operating a motor vehicle on Route 50 in the town of Ballston while intoxicated, at a time when there was a child less-than 15 years-of-age in the vehicle with him.  He is also charged with striking two mailboxes with his vehicle and failing to stop to report the damage as required, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. 

Sylvia R Kool, age 24, Clifton Park, was charged Dec. 18 with burglary first degree - felony; criminal contempt first degree- 2 counts/ felony; assault in the second degree/deadly weapon- felony; criminal mischief in the third degree- felony; criminal possession of a weapon fourth degree- misdemeanor.  The charges are in connection with an alleged incident on Leonards Road, Saratoga Springs. Kool was arraigned and sent to Saratoga County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash, or $50,000 bond.

  • Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office  The Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic incident call on Manchester Drive in the town of Halfmoon on April 21. Investigation into the matter led to the arrest of Julia H. Kim (age 33) of Halfmoon, who was charged with assault in the 2nd degree (class D felony) and criminal possession of a weapon in the 4th degree (class A misdemeanor). Kim is accused of causing physical injury to a person known to her by striking them to the head with a frying pan. She was arraigned before the Honorable Joseph V. Fodera in the Halfmoon Town…
