I have a weird behavior when I lay down, too! My parents call it fat bombing - I knock the wind out of them when I put all my weight into laying down on their laps. It sounds to me like you are either making your bed super comfy or you are staking out your territory. I think habits or rituals are completely normal, but if you are circling ALL of the time, then you should probably visit a doc. #ritualsgiveuspersonalities
