Have you ever turned your refrigerator upside down trying to find that onion, tomato, piece of garlic or lemon/lime wedges that you stored somewhere? Often times we find ourselves wrapping these items in plastic wrap and storing them “somewhere” in the refrigerator.
Years ago, I gave my mother-in-law an assortment of colorful food savers (from Hutzler) for her onions, garlic, and tomatoes. Not only did she find these savers attractive and fun, she was in awe of how well they worked.
