SARATOGA SPRINGS — The first day of Fall is coming up and the Downtown Business Association is preparing for our annual FALL FEST including The Great Saratoga Pumpkin Hunt.

The Great Saratoga Pumpkin Hunt is a two-week Fall-Themed scavenger hunt that starts October 15th and goes through October 30th. The winner will be chosen on Halloween. FALL FEST is scheduled for Saturday, October 22nd. There will be trick or treating downtown from 12-4pm and an additional evening event from 6-8pm. Stay tuned for more details

10-plus pumpkins will be hidden inside participating businesses in downtown Saratoga Springs. Players will be given a list of clues to find the pumpkins and access to a printable checklist. (checklists will also be available within participating businesses)

The goal is to solve the riddles and find all the pumpkins. The winner will receive a special prize.

Stay tuned for more information on The Great Saratoga Pumpkin Hunt.

What else can you expect for FALL FEST this year?

In years pasts, the FALL FEST has included balloon twisting, juggling, and pumpkins rolling down Caroline Street. We also through the Great Saratoga Pumpkin Hunt. While most of the plans for FALL FEST 2022 are still being kept under wraps, we can say we are very excited for what is to come. It looks like Fall Fest will come in two parts. The first would be more children oriented from 12-4 pm. The second will still be family focused and last from 6-8 pm.

The pumpkins for the hunt are painted with local scenes by local artist C.A.M. Cameron of Saratoga Springs.

More details to come soon. If you have any questions or suggestions, be sure to share them.
