SARATOGA SPRINGS — A truly amazing Saratogian, former Mayor J. Michael O’Connell, 87, passed 2/25/2023. Calling hours were at Burkes Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial 10 a.m., Friday, 3/3/23, St. Peter’s Church followed by burial St. Peter’s Cemetery. Donations: Community Hospice of Saratoga and Alzheimer’s Association Northeastern New York Chapter.
