SARATOGA SPRINGS — Clare Mary Robb Cowell, 91, found her place among the angels on Tuesday, December 3, 2024. She was surrounded by her loving children. Mass was celebrated December 10 at St. Clement’s Church followed by interment at Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery.
