Milton Man Charged with Failure to Report Address Change as a Sex Offender 

BALLSTON SPA — The Sheriff’s Office on Jan. 10 arrested Steven D. Thomas, 32, of Milton, for failing to report an address change within 10 days as a sex offender, a class E Felony. 

It is an E felony upon conviction for the first failure to comply with any registration requirement, according to the NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services. 

Thomas was issued an appearance ticket pending further proceedings and returned to the Saratoga County Jail where he is being held relative to a separate matter.
