SARATOGA SPRINGS — Principal owners of Sackatoga Stables, Jack Knowlton and Ed Mitzen celebrate with other partners and friends as Tiz the Law won the 152nd Belmont Stakes. “Tiz” is the first New York bred since 1882 to win the event. The “watch party was at Pennell’s fine eatery in Saratoga Springs.
