COURT

Clifford C. Colvin, 61, of Mechanicville, was sentenced April21 to 1-1/3 to 4 years in state prison, after pleading to aggravated DWI, a felony, in connection with an incident in Malta. 

Justen S. Roberts, 24, of Cohoes, pleaded April 21 to felony burglary, and criminal contempt misdemeanor, in connection with an incident in Waterford. Sentencing June 23. 

Zachary J. Golding, 34, of Clifton Park, pleaded April 20 to criminal contempt in the first-degree, a felony, in connection with an incident in Halfmoon. Sentencing July 6. 

Bradley J. Vandusen, 56, homeless, was sentenced April 19 to 5 years in state prison, after pleading to attempted arson in the second-degree, a felony, in connection with an incident in Saratoga Springs. The date of the initial charge was July 27, 2020. 

Justin W. Rodgers-Davis, 37, of Fort Edward, was sentenced April 19 to 1-1/3 to 4 years in state prison, after pleading to felony DWI in connection with an incident in Moreau. 

James T. Love, 46, of Wilton, pleaded April 16 to attempted assault in the second-degree. Sentencing June 25. 

Tony J. Prichard, 32, of Ballston Spa, was sentenced April 16 to 2 years in state prison after pleading to criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth-degree, and two sentences of 1-1/3 to 4 years in prison after pleading to two separate counts of felony burglary. 

Kelsey A. Irving, 30, of Queensbury, was sentenced to 5 years of probation, after pleading to felony DWI in connection with an incident in Malta. 

Patrick F. Phelan, 53, of Saratoga Springs, pleaded April 22 to aggravated vehicular assault, a felony, and reckless endangerment, a misdemeanor, in connection with an incident in November 2020. According to the Saratoga County District Attorney’s office, Phelan had admitted in court that he operated a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition and struck 72-year-old pedestrian Andrew Fincke as he was jogging on the shoulder of Ballston Avenue. Fincke suffered serious injuries as a result. Sentencing scheduled June 24.   

POLICE

Donald Sutherland, 68, of Milton, was charged April 19 in Saratoga Springs with reckless endangerment in the second-degree. 

Joseph Deschenes, 50, of Ballston Spa, was charged April 21 with criminal mischief.

Bernadette Lioi, 39, of Saratoga Springs, was charged April 22 with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and having no inspection certificate.

Christopher Post, 39, of Saratoga Springs was charged April 22 with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and inadequate lights.

Philip Fitzpatrick, 52, of Saratoga Springs, was charged April 22 with misdemeanor trespassing. 

Yisel Martinez, 42, of Saratoga Springs, was charged April 16 with criminal trespass, and criminal mischief. Both charges are misdemeanors. 

Melissa M. Knight, 48, of Saratoga, was charged April 22 with aggravated criminal contempt, two Felony counts of burglary in the first-degree, assault in the third degree, and criminal mischief in the fourth degree. Knight is accused of unlawfully entering a residence and assaulting the occupant of the residence who had a full stay-away order in effect at the time. She is also accused of causing damage inside the residence at the time of the incident. The victim suffered minor injuries, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. 

Arthur J. Allen, 23, of Hadley, was charged April 16 with two felony counts reckless endangerment, and two counts criminal mischief, following an incident that occurred in the Town of Day. Allen is accused of intentionally driving his vehicle into another vehicle and causing a head on collision. Minor injuries were reported by an occupant of the other vehicle. 

Daniel M. Perodeau, 27, of Malta, was charged with harassment in the second-degree, felony criminal contempt in the first-degree, obstructing governmental administration in the second-degree and criminal mischief in the fourth-degree – both misdemeanors, in connection with an alleged domestic dispute, and an active order of protection related to the parties involved, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. 

Juan C. Pantaleon, 20, Bronx, and Victor Dominguez, 19, Saratoga Springs, were each charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance/ intent to sell – felony, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth-degree – felony.  The charges area culmination of an investigation into possible illegal narcotic’s activity taking place at a Kirby Road residence. The search warrant resulted in the seizure of over ½-ounce of powdered cocaine, cutting agents, packaging materials, and just over $1800. Based upon the results, Pantaleon and Dominguez were each charged with both listed offenses.
