Check your Ice Cream: Stewarts Recalls Two Flavors after Metal Contamination.

Stewarts is recalling all half gallons of their heavenly medley and vanilla-chocolate strawberry flavors after a consumer found a metal object in their ice cream. 

The recall was announced on Oct. 2, 2026, and impacts all half gallons of the two flavors sold between July 17 and October 2 of 2026. Those who have either of the impacted flavors can return them to Stewarts for a full refund

No injuries or illnesses have been reported as a result of this recall. 

Recalls of Stewarts products are relatively rare with the last recall occurring in 2018 when the company had to recall bottles of apple cranberry refresher due to undeclared milk.
