Tina M. Kravetz, 38, of Milton, was sentenc3ed to 20 months incarceration, after pleading to aggravated family offense, a felony, charged July 2024 in Milton. 

Allen Wine, 42, of Greenfield Center, was sentenced to 5 years probation, after pleading to falsifying business records in the first-degree, charged August 2023 in Clifton Park.  

Jon D. Mueller, 28, of Stillwater, was sentenced to 5 years probation, after pleading to felony DWI, charged August 2024 in Malta. 

Michael L. Gilliard, 56, of Poughkeepsie, was sentenced to 2 years incarceration/ 1 year post-release supervision, after pleading to criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth-degree, charged February 2023 in Saratoga Springs.  

Jacob L. Merchant, 25. Of Ballston Spa, was sentenced to 364 days incarceration, after pleading to failure to verify as a sex offender, charged June 2024 in Malta.
