SARATOGA SPRINGS — It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our father, Frank Anthony Spensieri, Sr., 92, on Wednesday, Oct. 27, 2021. Calling hours and Mass of Christian burial took place Oct. 30, 2021 followed by burial at St. Peter’s Cemetery.
