New Beer to Support Saratoga Backstretch Workers

SARATOGA SPRINGS — DZ Restaurants and Wolf Hollow Brewing have partnered to create “Thoroughbreds,” an Italian-style Pilsner that will support backstretch workers at the Saratoga Race Course. 

In a press release, Thoroughbreds was described as a “crisp” Pilsner that “boasts floral hops and a citrusy finish, making it the quintessential summer brew.”

A launch party for the beer will be held on Wednesday, May 1 at Forno Bistro in downtown Saratoga Springs. The event will include small bites and Thoroughbreds samples. 25% of dinner sales will go directly to supporting the backstretch workers. Guests can register online at shop.dzrestaurants.com.
