50 Years!
SARATOGA SPRINGS — On Thursday, April 30, the team at Roohan Realty celebrated 50 years with a traditional ribbon cutting.
“I am thrilled to be celebrating 50 years in Saratoga Springs, and I’m glad all my family and friends were there for the occasion,” said Tom Roohan, Principal Broker at Roohan Realty.

Roohan Realty Announces Top Performers for 2018
SARATOGA SPRINGS — Roohan has announced their top Realtors for the year of 2018. Congratulations to these top 5 residential agents: Valerie Thompson, Kate R. Naughton, Conner Roohan, Meg Minehan and Darlene Chorman. In addition, the top commercial agent was Amy Sutton. The Company recently held an awards celebration and dinner in their honor at The Lodge. In total, these accomplished Realtors achieved over $56.8 million in real estate property sales last year.
Huffman Joins Keller Williams

SARATOGA SPRINGS – Olivia Huffman has joined the Keller Williams Capital Region office on the fifth floor of 353 Broadway.
Previously, Huffman worked with Amy Sutton and Gerard Wise at Roohan Realty, where she learned the dynamics of commercial real estate in Saratoga County.
In her time at Roohan, Huffman executed over $500,000 in commercial sales and leases, including offices, retail, property management, land for development and storage. She has completed deals from Lake George to Albany and has some listings in Warren and Washington counties.
Together with Professor James Kettlewell, author of “Saratoga Springs: An Architectural History,” Huffman also created a monthly architectural blog focusing on unique buildings in the city.
Huffman attended Shenendehowa High School in Clifton Park, the Albany Academy for Girls and Bard College, where she specialized in sustainable building practices.

SARATOGA SPRINGS — An already-growing church is about to expand even further as it prepares to lease a 16,500 square-foot space that was formerly used for gyms in downtown Saratoga.
