Twiddle & Frends Memorial Meltdown Returns to Lake George This Weekend

Memorial Meltdown this weekend.

LAKE GEORGE — The Twiddle & Frends Memorial Meltdown will take place at the Charles R. Wood Festival Commons in downtown Lake George Saturday, May 27 and Sunday, May 28.

The festival will feature two sets by Vermont jamband Twiddle each night, along with performances by TAUK, Giant Panda Guerilla Dub Squad and Annie in the Water on Saturday and Dogs in a Pile, Mihali & Friends and One Time Weekend on Sunday.

Twiddle has repeatedly sold out some of the most legendary venues in the world, including Red Rocks Amphitheatre and The Capitol Theatre. They’ve also ignited festivals such as Bonnaroo and Electric Forest, in addition to launching and headlining their own annual extravaganza Tumble Down Festival. Along the way, they have built a powerful catalog highlighted by the 2017 double-disc epic Plump (Chapters 1 & 2). Thus far, they’ve also gathered over 100 million streams and counting.

The two-day event will also feature a variety of food and craft vendors. Gates open each day at 1:30 p.m. with music set to begin at 2:30 p.m. and run until about 11 p.m. Tickets for this all-ages (and family-friendly) event are on sale now and children 12 and under are free.
