The following are arrests made by the Saratoga Springs Police Department

Patrick J. Venditti, 39, of Griffith Lane, Scotia was arrested April 26 and charged with DWI with a BAC more than .08. Officers responded to a suspicious person outside the hospital. When officers arrived, the person was attempting to drive away and was stopped. Venditti was identified as the driver, appeared to be intoxicated and was placed under arrest. Venditti was processed and released to a third party to appear in City Court.

Kyle E. Dayton, 24, of Lampman Road, Broadalbin was charged with DWI, BAC more than .08, failure to keep right and speeding, April 26. Officers stopped a vehicle on Washington St. for vehicle and traffic violations. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Dayton and he appeared to be intoxicated. Dayton was transported to the police department, processed, and released to a third party to appear in City Court at a later date.

Ashley J. Hayes, 48, of Route 32, Schuylerville was arrested April 26 and charged with DWI with a BAC more than .08, speeding and aggravated DWI with a BAC more than .18. Officers stopped Hayes’ vehicle going east on Route 29 near Gilbert Road and identified Hayes as the driver. Hayes appeared to be intoxicated and was placed under arrest for DWI. He was transported to the police department, processed, and released to a third party and will appear in City Court.

Blanca S. Goldstein, 27, of Pearl St, Saratoga Springs was charged with DWI, BAC more than .08 and failure to keep right, April 26. Officers stopped Goldstein vehicle on Route 29 West near Slade Road and identified Goldstein as the driver. Goldstein appeared to be intoxicated and was placed under arrest for DWI. Goldstein was transported to the police department, processed and released to a third party. Goldstein will appear in City Court at a later date.

Zachary R. Lenihan, 20, of Ballard Road, Gansevoort was arrested April 26 and charged with petit larceny. Officers observed Lenihan pumping gas in to his vehicle at the Stewarts on Broadway. Officers then observed Lenihan get in his vehicle and drive off without paying for the gas. Lenihan was stopped a block later and arrested for petit larceny and taken to the police department. Lenihan was processed and released on bail to appear in City Court at a later date.

Bernard George Walter, 27, of Lexington Ave., Davie, Florida was arrested April 26 and charged with DWI and refusing a pre-screen test. Walter was observed driving up to the police department by officers. Officers observed that Walter appeared to be intoxicated and officers arrested him for DWI. Walter was processed and celled pending a City Court arraignment.

John R. Bellon, 19, of North Creek Road, Porter Corners was arrested April 26 and charged with third degree forgery and second degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. Bellon was arrested at the casino and transported to the police department. Bellon was processed and then celled pending a City Court arraignment.

Anthony M. Turner, 47, of Grand Ave., Saratoga Springs was charged with third degree criminal trespassing and arrested April 26. Turner was found to be inside 149 Grand Ave, a building that has been condemned by the city. Turner was arrested for trespassing and transported to the police department. Turner was then processed and arraigned.

Renee A. Miller, 29, of Arrowwood Place, Malta was arrested April 26 and charged with petit larceny. Miller was arrested on a warrant for an incident that occurred April 23 and was processed and arraigned.

Dominick R. Oliveri, 33, of Hamburg St., Schenectady was arrested April 27 and charged with fourth degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Oliveri is alleged to have been involved in a fight at the casino and caused damage to property during the course of the fight. Oliveri was arrested, processed and celled.

Douglas Lee Koebrich, 30, of Malta Ave. Ext., Ballston Spa was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and arrested April 27. Officers encountered Koebrich during a vehicle stop on Woodlawn Ave. Koebrich is alleged to have been in possession of marijuana and was issued an appearance ticket to return to Court at a later date.

Neil John Lucas, 61, of Broadway, Saratoga Springs was arrested April 27 and charged with an open container. Lucas was observed on Broadway drinking from open containers of alcoholic beverages. Lucas was issued an appearance ticket for Court.

James F. Hall, 19, of Stone Church Road, Milton was arrested April 27 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, possessing alcohol under the age of 21 and equipment (obstructed view front/rear object). Hall’s vehicle was stopped for a vehicle and traffic violation and Hall was identified as the driver. Hall was found to been in possession of marijuana and an open container of an alcoholic beverage. He was arrested and issued an appearance ticket for a later court date.

Mark W. Schreijack, 58, of Zephyr Lane, Saratoga Springs was charged with an unsafe lane change, leaving the scene of an auto accident, driving while intoxicated and BAC more than .08, April 27. Schreijack was involved in an accident on South Broadway near the Avenue of the Pines. Schreijack left the scene of the accident but was stopped a short distance down the road. Schreijack appeared to be intoxicated and was placed under arrest for DWI. He was processed and celled.

Sonya L. Perry, 23, of Furlani Drive, Schuylerville was arrested April 27 and charged with DWI, BAC more than .08 and failure to stop at a stop sign. Officers stopped Perry’s vehicle and identified Perry as the driver. Perry appeared to be intoxicated and was arrested for DWI. Perry was transported to the police department, processed and then released to a third party and will appear in City Court at a later date.

Silas D. Williams, 25, of Aletta St., Saratoga Springs was charged with third degree criminal trespassing and arrested April 27. Officers responded to the Skidmore Campus for a suspicious person. Williams was identified as that person, refused to leave the campus and was arrested for trespassing. Williams was processed and released on an appearance ticket.

Norman J. Himes, 22, of Co. Route 41, Hudson Falls was arrested April 28 and charged with disorderly conduct. Himes was allegedly causing a disturbance on Caroline St. When officers attempted to get him to leave he refused to do so. Himes was arrested, processed, and released on appearance ticket.

Andrew Vincent Cino, 20, of Aster Drive, Rexford was arrested April 28 and charged with DWI, BAC more than .08, failure to keep right, speeding and an unsafe lane change. Officers stopped Cino’s vehicle on South Broadway and identified Cino as the driver. Cino appeared to be intoxicated and was arrested for DWI. Cino was processed and celled pending a Court arraignment.

Michael J. Blake, 24, of Caroline St., Saratoga Springs was charged with third degree assault, April 28. Blake is alleged to have punched another individual in an altercation on Caroline St. Blake was arrested, processed and celled.

Schnice Morales, 19, of Outer Drive, Rotterdam was arrested April 28 and charged with possession of alcohol under the age of 21.

Rosary M. Becker, 24, of Myrtle Ave., Schenectady was arrested April 28 and charged with first degree unlawfully dealing with a child. Morales was observed in the Casino in possession of an alcoholic beverage that was allegedly purchased by Becker. Both subjects were arrested and issued appearance tickets to appear in City Court at a later date.

Jason James Howard, 28, of Ascot Circle, Saratoga Springs was charged with DWI, BAC more than .08, aggravated DWI more than .18 and failure to keep right, April 28. Howard’s vehicle was stopped for a vehicle and traffic violation and Howard was identified as the driver. Howard appeared to be intoxicated and was placed under arrest. Howard was processed and celled.
