Aubrey M. Talbot, 22, of Tudor Street, Clifton Park, was charged with aggrevated DWI, with a BAC more than .18, unsafe lane change and failure to stop at a stop sign, on April 28. Officers stopped Talbot's vehicle on Putnam Street for vehicle and traffic violations. Talbot was identified as the driver and allegedly appeared to be in an intoxicated condition. Talbot was arrested for DWI, transported to the police department, processed and released to a third party. Talbot will appear in City Court at a later date.
Nicholas M. Cook, 26, of Jefferson Street, Saratoga Springs, was charged with aggrevated DWI, with a BAC more than .18, and speeding, on April 29. Officers stopped Cook’s vehicle for a vehicle and traffic violation and identified Cook as the driver. Cook allegedly appeared to be intoxicated and was arrested for DWI. Cook was transported to the police department, processed, and celled pending a City Court arraignment.
