Terrence Boston, 61, of Albany, was sentenced Oct. 21 to 2 to 4 years’ incarceration, after pleading to forgery in the second-degree, first charged in Halfmoon February 2020. 

Crystal M. Bauer, 40, of Ballston Spa, was sentenced Oct. 21 to 5 years’ probation, after pleading to DWAI, first charged in Clifton Park September 2019. 

Logan O. Desjadon, 25, of Ballston Lake, was sentenced Oct. 21 to 9 months incarceration, after pleading to failure to register as a sex offender. 

Justin D. Traver, 34, of Malta, pleaded Oct. 21 to felony grand larceny in connection with an incident in August 2021 in Ballston Spa. Sentencing Jan. 27. 

Naomi Sweeting, 23, of Brooklyn, was sentenced Oct. 21 to 5 years of probation, after pleading to criminal possession of a forged instrument, first charged in Malta April 2020.  

Christine E. Diggins, 31, of Middle Grove, was sentenced Oct. 21 to 5 years of probation, after pleading to felony DWI, first charged in Saratoga Springs April 2022. 

Raven J. Stables, 19, of Saratoga Springs, was sentenced to 6 months incarceration and 5 years of probation, after pleading to criminal sale of a controlled substance, first charged in Malta August 2021. 

Neil J. Desposito, 44, of Menands, pleaded Oct. 19 to felony DWI, in connection with a July 2022 incident in Wilton. Sentencing Jan. 10, 2023. 

Shamere H. Thomas, 30, of Troy, pleaded Oct. 19 to criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth-degree, a felony, in connection with a June 2022 incident in Clifton Park. Sentencing Jan. 11. 

Benjamin J. Bullard, 35, of Saratoga Springs, pleaded Oct. 19 to attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance, a felony, first charged in Saratoga Springs in July 2021. Sentencing Jan. 10. 

Janel S. Constantine, 41, of Saratoga Springs, pleaded Oct. 19 to felony DWI, in connection with a February 2022 incident in Wilton. Sentencing Jan. 12. 

Ashley Donovan, 27, of Greenfield, pleaded Oct. 18 to criminally negligent homicide, in connection with an incident first charged Oct. 9, 2021 in Greenfield. Sentencing Jan. 11. 

Sarah A. Vedder, 29, of Glens Falls, pleaded Oct. 18 to felony DWI, first charged in Clifton Park in November 2021. Sentencing Jan. 11. 

Kwaku A. Ofosu, 23, of Mechanicville, pleaded Oct. 18 to reckless endangerment in the first-degree, a felony. Sentencing Dec. 6. 

Michael Ackermann, 29, of Newtown Falls, NY, was sentenced Oct. 18 to 2-1/3 to 7 years incarceration, after pleading to promoting a sexual performance by a child, first charged in Greenfield in May 2021. 

Chantelle Joubert, 31, of Corinth, was sentenced Oct. 18 to 9 months incarceration, after pleading to felony grand larceny, first charged in Malta in June. 

Shawn M. Finn, 35, of Ballston Lake, pleaded Oct. 18 to criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third-degree, a felony, first charged in Malta in July. Sentencing Dec. 19.  

Kasey B. O’Herron, 37, of Greenfield Center, was sentenced Oct. 20 to 5 years of probation, after pleading to felony DWI, first charged in Saratoga Springs September 2021. 

Randy A. Brouilette, 47, of Saratoga Springs, was sentenced Oct. 20 to 1-1/3 to 4 years incarceration, after pleading to felony DWI, first charged in Moreau March 2022.

Michael Hodson, 32, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Oct. 16 with DWI. 

Kenneth Hunter, 33, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Oct. 16 with aggravated family offense-more than 1 offense within 5 years, and criminal contempt.

Darien Bigelow, 22, of Ballston Lake, was charged Oct. 16 with obstruct governmental administration, and coercion. 

Edward Richardson, 39, of Schenectady, was charged Oct. 15 with petit larceny, and intent to obtain transportation without paying. 

Nicole Cappello, 48, of Albany, was charged Oct. 15 with possession of controlled substance in non-original container, unsafe turn or failure to give appropriate signal, improper right turn at intersection, motor vehicle license violation: no license, and criminal possession of controlled substance. 

Ann Matrazzo, 61, of Lynn, Massachusetts, was charged Oct. 14 with petit larceny. 

Robert Carlisle, 69, of Malta, was charged Oct. 13 with grand larceny. 

Joseph Stanley, 24, of Niskayuna, was charged Oct. 12 with criminal contempt. 

Jennifer Blanchard, 56, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Oct. 11 with criminal mischief.
