Saratoga Casino Hotel Foundation Opens 2026 Community Grant Cycle

The Saratoga Casino Hotel Foundation is now accepting applications for its 2026 community grant program. The Foundation provides funding to charitable organizations that enhance the quality of life, health, and well-being of Saratoga County residents.

Eligible applicants must be IRS-designated nonprofit organizations whose programs or services directly benefit residents of Saratoga County. Priority will be given to initiatives focused on problem gambling awareness, youth development, senior services, arts and culture, recreation, and projects that strengthen the local community.

“For more than 20 years, the Foundation has been proud to invest in organizations that make a lasting difference throughout Saratoga County,” said Foundation Treasurer Skip Carlson. “Our partnership with the Saratoga County Board of Supervisors, the Saratoga Harness Horseperson’s Association, and Saratoga Casino Hotel has allowed us to support programs that provide education, senior services, family assistance, food security, disability services, and critical resources for individuals and families facing domestic violence and addiction.”

Grant applications must be submitted electronically through the Foundation’s website at www.saratogacasinohotelfoundation.org. The application period closes at 5:00 p.m. on September 11, 2026.

Organizations will be notified of funding decisions by October 8, and grant recipients will be recognized at the Saratoga County Board of Supervisors meeting on October 20, 2026.

Since its inception, the Saratoga Casino Hotel Foundation has awarded nearly $525,000 in grants to more than 200 local nonprofit organizations. A complete list of previous grant recipients, eligibility requirements, and application information is available at www.saratogacasinohotelfoundation.org.
