September 30, 2026. 10:30 a.m.- New York State Police arrested a Schenectady resident in the Town of Clifton Park on charges of misdemeanor 3rd degree bail jumping. Central arraignment.
September 30, 2026. 8:30 p.m.- New York State Police arrested a Greenfield Center resident in the Town of Greenfield on charges of felony 3rd degree criminal mischief: damage another person’s property- amount over $250. Released on own recognizance.
September 30, 2026. 11:45 p.m.- New York State Police arrested a Schenectady resident in the Town of Halfmoon on charges of felony endanger vulnerable elderly/incompetent/disabled person- cause injury, felony endangering the welfare of incompetent/physically disabled person and misdemeanor 3rd degree assault with intent to cause physical injury. Appearance ticket issued.
October 1, 2026. 3:03 a.m.- New York State Police arrested a Troy resident in the Town of Halfmoon on charges of misdemeanor DWI- first offense. Appearance ticket issued. Arrest stemmed from a single vehicle accident on Route 9 in which no one was injured.
October 2, 2026. 1:39 a.m.- New York State Police arrested a Gloversville resident in the Town of Milton on charges of misdemeanor DWI- first offense and misdemeanor operate a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 or higher- first offense. Appearance ticket issued.
October 2, 2026. 9:35 a.m.- New York State Police arrested a Mechanicville resident in the Town of Malta on charges of misdemeanor 3rd degree criminal tampering. Appearance ticket issued. Original incident occurred on Sept. 28.
October 2, 2026. 9:04 p.m.- New York State Police arrested an Albany resident in the Town of Malta on charges of felony 1st degree possession of a forged instrument. Appearance ticket issued.
October 3, 2026. 3:18 a.m.- New York State Police arrested a Saratoga Springs resident in the Town of Stillwater on charges of misdemeanor DWI- first offense. Appearance ticket issued. Arrest stemmed from a single vehicle accident on Cold Springs Road in which one person was injured.
October 3, 2026. 1:51 p.m.- New York State Police arrested a Bronx resident in the Town of Wilton on charges of misdemeanor petit larceny. Appearance ticket issued.
October 3, 2026. 5:13 p.m.- New York State Police arrested a Ballston Spa resident in the Town of Milton on charges of felony operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 or higher- prior conviction within 10 years, DWI: previous conviction within 10 years, and felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Central arraignment. Incident stemmed from two vehicle accident on Lewis Road in which no one was reported injured.
October 3, 2026. 9:29 p.m.- New York State Police arrested a Cohoes resident in the Town of Clifton Park on charges of misdemeanor DWI- first offense and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 or higher- 1st offense. Appearance ticket issued.
October 3, 2026. 12:06 a.m.- New York State Police arrested a Whitehall resident in the City of Saratoga Springs on charges of misdemeanor DWI- first offense and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 or higher- 1st offense. Appearance ticket issued.
October 6, 2026. 4:50 a.m.- New York State Police arrested a Hudson Falls resident in the Village of South Glens Falls on charges of misdemeanor criminal trespass- enter or remain unlawfully in a dwelling. Appearance ticket issued.
