Saratoga County Court

Justin P. Rock, 37, was sentenced Sept. 16 to 8-to-16 years in state prison, after pleading to four felony counts of robbery, in connection with a series of incidents that occurred in Saratoga Springs in February. Rock admitted he had entered several downtown businesses, claimed (falsely) he had a weapon and demanded cash from the register. He will also pay full restitution to victims, according to a statement released by Saratoga County District Attorney Karen Heggen.  

Robert F. Kennedy, 25, of Princetown, NY was sentenced Sept. 12 to 1 year incarceration, after pleading to attempted reckless endangerment in the first-degree, a felony, in connection with an incident first charged in March in the town of Halfmoon. 

Nicholas Palermo, 43, of Troy, was sentenced to 1 to 3 years’ incarceration, after pleading to felony grand larceny, charged in Wilton June 2021.  

Christopher Sears, 36, of Ballston Spa, pleaded Sept. 14 to attempted sexual abuse in the first-degree, first charged in Milton in July and August, 2018. Sentencing Nov. 4. 

James E. Reinhart, Jr., 49, of Halfmoon, pleaded Sept. 14 to attempted burglary in the third-degree. Sentencing Nov. 10. 

Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office 

Joseph N. Flynn, 25, of Greenwich, was charged Sept. 15 with three counts of sexual abuse in the first-degree, in connection with a 2015 incident in the town of Wilton. Flynn is accused of having sexual contact with a victim under the age of 11. He was sent to Saratoga County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash, or $10,000 bond. 

Tyler J. Lumia, 23, was sentenced Sept. 15 to 10 years in state prison, after pleading to first-degree assault in connection with a stabbing incident that took place Oct. 31, 2021 in downtown Saratoga Springs. 

Joseph T. Colaccino, 18, of Clifton Park, was charged Sept. 15 with felony assault in the first-degree. He is suspected of stabbing a family member several times with a knife during a domestic dispute. He was sent to Saratoga County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash, or $20,000 bond. 

On September 12, 2022, Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Unit charged 18-year-old Kaden A. Williams, of Castleton, with felony robbery and felony assault, in connection with an incident at the intersection of Allen Road and North Greenfield Road in the Town of Greenfield. According to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office, the first responding Deputy on scene observed a vehicle fleeing from a neighboring driveway. The Deputy stopped the vehicle on Allen Road, and with assistance from a NYS Trooper the occupants of the vehicle were detained without incident. It is alleged that Williams was accompanied by a juvenile male as he used what appeared to be a semi-automatic pistol to steal property from 3 subjects standing at that intersection. A physical dispute ensued and one of the victims was struck in the face with the BB gun, which caused physical injury to that individual. The investigation revealed the victims were specifically targeted by Williams, authorities said.Williams was arraigned at the Town of Greenfield Court and sent to the Saratoga County Jail in lieu of $500 cash and $1000 bond/$2500 secured bond. The Juvenile involved was charged with Robbery 2nd and referred to Saratoga County Family Court. He was released to his guardians.

NY State Police

On September 12, State Police of Wilton arrested Siatar K. Creech, 36 of, Northumberland, on a warrant for Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance, Rape in the Third-Degree, and Criminal Sexual Act in the Third-Degree. All three charges are felonies. Creech is accused of engaging in sexual intercourse with a child under the age of 17 since the beginning of 2022 while in the town of Moreau.

On September 13, State Police
of Wilton charged the following individuals: 

Jacqueline A. Rock, 32, of Hudson Falls, criminal possession of a weapon, and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Leland T. Smith, 43, of Hudson Falls, criminal possession of a weapon, two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, and violations of the vehicle and traffic law.

Daniel L. Larock, 48, of Kingsbury, criminal possession of a weapon, and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Saratoga Police

Kevin Cavanagh, 55, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Sept. 11 with criminal trespass. 

Zachary Christie, 20, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Sept. 10 with criminal possession of a controlled substance and obstruct governmental administration. 

Jonathan Trow, 40, of Milton, was charged Sept. 10 with criminal possession of stolen property, second degree grand larceny, and burglary. 

September 24 – 30, 2022

Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office 

Six people were arrested in connection with drug trafficking charges on Sept. 14 following a joint investigation by Saratoga County and Warren County sheriff’s offices. Those charged: Terry Fauntleroy, 31, of Schenectady, Felix Ortega, 55, of Wilton, Tyanne Carpenter, 31, of Wilton, Jerry Falconio, 57, of Wilton, Melissa Sias, 42, of Wilton, Jonathan Lincoln-Lynch, 32, of Wilton.  The charges totaled 25 in all and included multiple counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance, and one felony count criminal possession of a weapon. 

A 14-year-old boy from the Town of Milton was referred to the county probation department following an alleged threat he made to the Ballston Spa Central School District on Sept. 19. The Sheriff’s Office reports it had received a call from a resident reporting that their juvenile son received a Snap Chat message which contained a threat of a school shooting at the Ballston Spa Central School District. The juvenile had received the Snap Chat message earlier that evening. An investigation was conducted by Sheriff’s Office members, including Investigators and School Resource Officers (SRO’s). It was determined that the person who sent the message did not have the means to carry out the threat and that the threat was not credible, according to the Sheriff’s Office. On Sept. 21, he was referred to the county probation department in relation to the threat: Providing a False Written Statement, Making a Threat of Mass Harm, and Falsely Reporting an Incident.

Rahsaan Fennicks, 26, of Schenectady, pleaded Sept. 15 to criminal contempt in the first-degree, first charged in Wilton.  Sentencing Nov. 18. 

Renee L. Passino, 35, of Ballston Spa, pleaded Dept. 15 to criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth-degree, first charged in Saratoga Springs. Sentencing Nov. 7. 

Saratoga Police

Nicholas Zufeit, 28, of Rochester, was charged Sept. 20 with burglary in the third-degree, and criminal mischief in the third-degree. 

Jacob Graham, 23, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Sept. 21 with strangulation in the second-degree.

Zachary Motyl, 31, of Ballston Spa, was charged Sept. 20 with aggravated unlicensed operation, and following too closely. 

Katlyn Wilbur, 32, of Malta, was charged with two counts of petit larceny. 

Brandy McLaughlin, 37, of Malta, was charged Sept. 19 with assault in the third-degree, and petit larceny. 

Michael Bohm, 32, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance. 

Russell Duffney, 55, Randy Jones, 55, and Shawn Johnson, 40, all of Saratoga Springs, were each charged Sept. 18 with trespass. 

Aneliz Pagan Cruz, 19, of Puerto Rico, was charged Sept. 18 with criminal mischief. 

Alexis Hungerschafer, 23, of Glenville, was charged Sept. 18 with assault.

Michael Morrill, 44, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Sept. 17 with criminal contempt/ disobey court. 

David Pruiksma, 35, of Halfmoon, was charged Sept. 17 with burglary, and petit larceny. 

Mona Nordstrom, 53, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Sept. 17 with criminal contempt. 

Jose Madera, 40, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Sept. 16 with petit larceny. 

Katie Hayden, 22, of Saratoga Springs was charged Sept. 15 with petit larceny, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and conspiracy in the fourth-degree.

Mark Dibello, 61, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Sept. 14 with criminal contempt/ disobey court. 

William McKinnon, 56, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Sept. 14 with welfare fraud, and offering a false instrument for filing. 

Jason Bustamante, 26, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Sept. 14 with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and issue certificate without complete inspection. 

Taylor Briddell, 24, of Gansevoort, was charged Sept. 13 with DWI, operating vehicle without signal devices/ reflectors, and failure to keep right.   

Kevin Cavanagh, 56, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Sept. 13 with criminal trespass, and criminal contempt. 

Laura Chave, 38, of Latham, was charged Sept. 13 with criminal mischief. 

Tiana Wescott, 23, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Sept. 13 with criminal trespass. 

Timothy Spuches, 54, of Troy, was charged Sept. 13 with criminal contempt/ disobey court. 

Yasmeen Islam, 19, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Sept. 13 with assault in the third-degree, and gang assault in the second-degree. 

September 10 – 16, 2022

Saratoga County Court

Cassandra Barden, 37, of Saratoga Springs, was sentenced Sept. 8 to 4 months incarceration, after pleading to criminal contempt in the first-degree, and 1 year incarceration after pleading to burglary in the third-degree. The sentences will run consecutively. 

Robert Felice, 53, of South Glens Falls, pleaded Sept. 8 to felony burglary, criminal possession of stolen property, and grand larceny, in connection with incidents first charged in Northumberland and Moreau.  Sentencing Nov. 10. 

Angelo J. Zeoli, 42, of Troy, pleaded Nov. 8 to grand larceny in the fourth degree, first charged in Wilton March 2021. Sentencing Dec. 8. 

Michael S. Andrews, 25, of Saratoga Springs, pleaded Sept. 7 to criminal possession of a firearm. Sentencing Nov. 16. 

Timothy DiPasquale, 45, of Ballston Spa, pleaded Sept. 7 to aggravated criminal contempt, a felony. Sentencing Nov. 9. 

Cassandra Morsellino, 30, of Amsterdam, pleaded guilty in Saratoga County Court to attempted assault in the first-degree, a felony, in connection with a Dec. 5, 2021 shooting on Jersey Hill Road in the town of Galway. Morsellino admitted to being an accomplice with co-defendant Michael Kennedy in an attempted assault of a homeowner/ victim following an early morning dispute, according to Saratoga County District Attorney Karen Heggen. Sentencing on Dec. 2 when it is anticipated Morsellino will be sentenced to 6-1/2 years in state prison, Heggen added.   

Roarke Shea, 37, of Lake George, was sentenced Sept. 6 to 1 to 3 years incarceration after pleading to criminal contempt in the first-degree in Wilton. 

Arthur J. Martin, 42, of Ballston Spa, pleaded Sept. 2 to attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, in Malta. Sentencing Nov. 10. 

Sheriff’s Office

GALWAY – Shortly after 8 p.m. on Sept. 10, the Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a car vs. motorcycle accident on State Route 29 in the Town of Galway. A motorcycle operated by Chad M. Jazwinski, 46, of Galway, was travelling westbound and struck a vehicle that had been travelling eastbound on State Route 29, and was turning left into a parking lot adjacent to Benzal Road at the time of the accident. Jazwinski suffered traumatic injuries from the crash and died at the scene. The operator of the other vehicle is cooperating with the investigation. The investigation into the accident is ongoing by the Sheriff’s Office Accident Reconstruction Unit. The Sheriff’s Office was assisted at the scene by Galway EMS, Community EMS, LifeNet, as well as fire departments from Galway, Saratoga Springs, Greenfield, Providence and Rock City Falls.

On Sept. 6, the Sheriff’s Office charged Sherrilyn A. Ostrander, 32, of Hudson with identity theft in the first-degree. Ostrander is accused of using the debit card of an elderly female under her care to make numerous charges amounting to a substantial loss to the victim.

Richard Daniels, 22, of Schuylerville, was charged Sept. 9 with unlawful dealing with child – alcohol. 

Anne Bachrach, 41, of Ballston Spa, was charged Sept. 9 with DWI, and moving from lane unsafely. 

Tyler Kennedo, 19, of Gansevoort, was charged Sept. 8 with aggravated unlicensed operation, and speed violation. 

Shaun Cole, 54, of Schenectady, was charged Sept. 6 with obstruct governmental administration. 

Arianna Fodera, 22, of Vorheesville, was charged Sept. 5 with DWI, and motor vehicle equipment violation.

Samuel Schor, 18, of Hoboken, N.J., was charged Sept. 5 with petit larceny. 

Neil Lescault, 47, was charged Sept. 5 with criminal trespass. 

Manuel Olmo, 53, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Se3pt. 4 with criminal sale controlled substance, and criminal possession controlled substance.

Kevin Cavanagh, 55, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Sept. 4 with burglary in the third-degree, and petit larceny, and criminal trespass, failure to pay service.  

Tabatha Heitzmann, 41, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Sept. 4 with aggravated unlicensed operation, and following too closely. 

Anne Cassidy, 60, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Sept. 3 with DWI, aggravated DWI, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, and making an improper right turn. 

Alex Rodriguez, 24, of Schenectady, was charged Sept. 3 with DWI, moving from lane unsafely, fail to stop at a stop sign, and operating vehicle without inspection certificate.

Bailey Thibeault, 22, of Lexington, Kentucky, was charged Sept. 3 with DWI, speeding, moving from lane unsafely, and no motor vehicle license. 

Catherine Dickert, 19, of Ballston Lake, was charged Sept. 2 with aggravated unlicensed operation, and unsafe backing of vehicle. 

Matthew Fuery, 40, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Aug. 31 with identity theft, grand larceny, petit larceny, and unlawful possession personal ID. 

Jayde Tesiero, 27, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Aug. 30 with resisting arrest, and criminal mischief. 

September 3 – 9, 2022

Saratoga County Court

Jeffrey J. Whitney, 50, of Moreau, was sentenced Sept. 1 to 1-1/2 to 3 years incarceration, after pleading to aggravated family offense. 

Vincent E. Curtis, 22, of Milton, pleaded Sept. 1 to attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance, a felony. Sentencing Nov. 10. 

Glenn R. Massoth, 34, of Albany, pleaded Aug. 30 to attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance, a felony, in connection with charges in Saratoga Springs in August 2021. Sentencing Nov. 1. 

Adam S. Conlee, 37, of Gansevoort, was sentenced Aug. 30 to six months incarceration, after pleading to possessing a sexual performance by a child, a felony. 

Raffaele A. Petruzzo, 61, of Corinth, was sentenced Aug. 31 to 5 years probation, after pleading to felony DWI, in Saratoga Springs October 2021. 

Brendan A. King, 41, of Wilton, was sentenced Aug. 26 to 5 years’ probation, after pleading to felony grand larceny.

Christine E. Diggins, 31, of Middle Grove, pleaded Aug. 26 to felony DWI, in connection with an incident in Saratoga Springs on April 2. Sentencing Oct. 21. 

Brad N. Callanan, 39, of Saratoga Springs, was sentenced Aug. 26 to 1-1/2 to 3 years’ probation, after pleading to criminal possession of stolen property, a felony, in connection with an incident in Mechanicville Oct. 24, 2021. 

Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office

A 44-year-old Mechanicville man died on Sept. 1 while canoeing on Saratoga Lake. The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office says it responded to a call of a person in the water yelling for help on Saratoga Lake approximately ¼-mile north of Brown’s Beach. The Sheriff’s marine patrol and dive team searched the area with assistance from NYSP aviation and the Corinth Fire Department. The Sheriff’s dive team subsequently recovered the body of the man, Christopher Lavigne, of Mechanicville. Lavigne was in the canoe alone and it is believed that windy conditions on the lake were responsible for him falling out of his canoe, according to the sheriff’s office.

Saratoga Police 

John Galvagani, 34, of Saratoga Springs, was charged Aug. 29 with criminal trespass in the third-degree. 

Lareesa Ward, 24, of Schenectady, was charged Aug. 29 with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and speeding. 

Gary Robinson, 36, of Gloversville, was charged Aug. 28 with criminal mischief in the third-degree. 

Michael Cole, 26, of Albany, was charged Aug. 27 with aggravated unlicensed operation, two driving violations, and one vehicle equipment violation. 

Devin Orphan, 22, of Schenectady, was charged Aug. 26 with petit larceny, criminal contempt, and aggravated family offense. 

Brian Curran, 41, of Middle Grove, was charged Aug. 26 with motor vehicle registration suspended, aggravated unlicensed operation, and no/inadequate plate lamp. 

Amy Pietronuto, 28, of Haverstraw, N.Y, was charged Aug. 24 with criminal possession of a controlled substance, alleged to be cocaine. 

Kevin Cavanagh, 55, was charged Aug. 24 with criminal trespass in the third-degree, and petit larceny. 

Noah Hughes, 32, of Schenectady, was charged Aug. 24 with petit larceny. 

Matthew Fritche, 26, of Mechanicville, was charged Aug. 23 with two counts of assault in the third-degree. 

Lisa Sterling, 52, of Schuylerville, was charged Aug. 23 with petit larceny. 

Natavio Dawson, 23, of Schenectady, was charged Aug. 23 with aggravated DWI. 

NY State Police 

On Aug. 30, State Police charged Kevin G. Hines, 41, of South Glens Falls, with criminal possession of stolen property in the third-degree, two counts of criminal mischief in the third-degree, reckless endangerment in the second-degree, unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle in the third-degree, obstructing governmental administration in the second-degree, resisting arrest, criminal mischief in the fourth-degree, operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs and multiple other violations of the vehicle and traffic laws.

On Aug. 30, State Police charged Margaret C. Crawford, 46, of Ballston, with Driving While Intoxicated, obstructing governmental administration in the second-degree, and other vehicle and traffic law violations. On August 30, at about 6:49 p.m., Troopers responded to a two-car crash at the intersection of State Route 9 and Vischer Ferry Road in the town of Halfmoon. The vehicle that caused the accident fled the area and was later located at the I-87 rest area in Clifton Park. The operator was identified as Crawford. Following an investigation, Crawford was charged with DWI and transported to SP Northway for processing, where she refused to submit to a chemical test to determine the alcohol content of her blood, according to State Police.  

December 25, 2021 – January 7, 2022

COURT 

Daniel Larmon, 31, of South Glens Falls, was sentenced to 6 months incarceration, after pleading to failure to register as a sex offender, in Moreau. 

Robert A. Nadeau, 39, of Troy, pleaded to felony attempted grand larceny, in connection with an incident in Saratoga Springs, first charged October 2019. Sentencing Feb. 18. 

Chuan P. Tsuei, 45, of Albany, was sentenced to 1 to 3 years incarceration, after pleading to DWAI felony, in Clifton Park. 

POLICE

Charles Barnes, 29, of Fort Edward, was charged in Saratoga Springs with felony criminal mischief. 

Douglas Cooper, 21, of Ballston Spa, was charged in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving on wrong side of the road.

Andrew Guthorn, 33, of Ballston Spa, was charged in Saratoga Springs with petit larceny, and criminal possession of stolen property. 

Dominick St. Gelas, 26, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with two counts criminal mischief, and one count criminal tampering. 

Sean Maglione, 25, of Wallkill, was charged in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, refusal to take a breath test and speeding. 

Brendan A. King, 40, of Wilton, was charged with 8 counts grand larceny and 4 counts petit larceny, in connection with multiple larceny complaints regarding unlocked vehicles in the area of Jones Road in Wilton. 

Damani Went, 22, of Ballston Spa, was charged in Saratoga Springs with aggravated criminal contempt, and grand larceny – both felonies, and misdemeanor assault. 

Robert Loya, 52, of Wilton, was charged in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, aggravated DWI, and following too closely, after being involved in a personal injury motor vehicle accident. 

David Casner, 59, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with misdemeanor DWI, failure to use designated lane and failure to obey traffic control device. 

Muhammad Akhtar, 60, of Latham, was charged in Saratoga Springs with reckless endangerment.

Harold Beagle, 36, of Porter Corners, was charged in Saratoga Springs with criminal contempt. 

Kristine Tiger, 32, of Ballston Spa, was charged in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and speeding.

Brittany Rosario, 29, of Schenectady, was charged in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor assault. 

Joseph Deschenes, 51, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with criminal trespass, a misdemeanor. 

Angelina Gazzillo, 27, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with obstructing governmental administration, and two misdemeanor counts criminal mischief. 

Kaiah All, 23, of Corinth, was charged in Saratoga Springs with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use drug paraphernalia, and felony tampering with physical evidence.

Jaimee Ryf, 40, of Schenectady, was charged in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor petit larceny. 

Michael Heisler, 31, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with criminal mischief misdemeanor, and felony robbery. 

David Hagen, 47, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with criminal mischief misdemeanor. 

David Tanner, 61, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with misdemeanor petit larceny.

Cassandra Poventud, 25, of Schenectady, was charged in Saratoga Springs with assault. 

Jesse Stewart, 37, of Colonie, was charged in Saratoga Springs with felony DWI – as a second offense within 10 years, felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, circumvent interlock/ operate without device, refusal to take a breath test, no motor vehicle license, driving wrong way on one-way street, and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. 

Christopher Balcom, 31, of Glens Falls, was charged in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, aggravated DWI, and driving wrong way on one-way street.

Zachary Christie, 19, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with resisting arrest misdemeanor, and trespass. 

Joseph Ramsey, 22, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with misdemeanor assault, and acting in manner injure child. 

Jaronin Campbell, 27, of Ballston Spa, was charged in Saratoga Springs with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. 

James Bernardoni, 51, of Grand Island, was charged in Saratoga Springs with criminal impersonation, a misdemeanor. 

Ryan Cook, 32, of Halfmoon, was charged in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. 

Richard Harrison, 54, of Galway, was charged in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, refusal to take a breath test, speed not prudent, and failure to keep right. 

Francisco De-Jesus Nava, 27, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with unlawful imprisonment, assault, and criminal obstruction of breathing. 

Dharamdeo Totaram, 27, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with obstruct governmental administration, and endangering the welfare of a child. 

December 18 – December 24, 2021

COURT

Travis R. Austin, 36, of Saratoga Springs, pleaded Dec. 10 to criminal contempt in the first-degree. Sentencing scheduled March 9. 

Ivan Joy, 54, of Fort Edward, pleaded Dec. 10 to criminal contempt in the first-degree, in Moreau. Sentencing Feb. 10. 

Anthony R. Young, 49, of Albany, was sentenced Dec. 10 to 3 years of probation on a felony DWAI charge, first charged in Wilton in November 2018. 

Miles H. Latimer, 27, of Schenectady, was sentenced Dec. 8 to 8-1/2 years’ incarceration and 5 years post-release supervision, after pleading to felony attempted burglary, two felony counts each of burglary, and grand larceny, and the misdemeanors: petit larceny, criminal mischief, and criminal trespass. First charged February 2019 in the town of Clifton Park. 

Damani A. Went, 22, of Schenectady, pleaded Dec. 8 to attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance, in Milton. Sentencing Feb. 23. 

Thomas Tedesco, 42, of Mechanicville, pleaded Dec. 9 to felony criminal possession of a weapon. Sentencing March 10. 

Shawn R. Bultman, 41, of Northumberland, pleaded Dec. 9 to attempted assault in the first-degree, in Wilton. Sentencing Feb. 10. 

Jeffery E. Tennyson, 59, of Queensbury, pleaded Dec. 9 to felony DWI, in Moreau. Sentencing Feb. 10. 

Alfredo Lebron-Rivera, 36, of Albany, was charged Dec. 7 with two felony counts grand larceny, and unlawful fleeing of police and reckless driving. He is accused of stealing a vehicle from the Cumberland Farms in Ballston Spa and fleeing police. 

Jai’Anthony D. Holley, 20, of Lake City, Florida, pleaded Dec. 8 to criminal possession of a firearm, a felony, in Moreau. Sentencing Feb. 9. 

Guy Pierce, 56, of Saratoga Springs, was sentenced Dec. 8 to 2-1/2 years’ incarceration, and 1-1/2 years post-release supervision, after pleading to assault in the second-degree, first charged in Saratoga Springs in May 2019. 

Michael A. Thomas, 58, of Levittown, was sentenced Dec. 8 to 4 years of probation, after pleading to felony DWI, in Ballston. 

POLICE

Michael J. Kennedy, 33, of Amsterdam, was charged Dec. 10 with multiple felony robbery, burglary, assault, and criminal use of a firearm in connection with an alleged larceny attempt in Galway Dec. 5 that resulted in both, Kennedy and the robbery victim, receiving non-life-threatening wounds by gunfire, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.   

Danielle N. Pereira, 31, of Newburgh, was charged Dec. 2 with two felony counts grand larceny. She is accused of stealing merchandise from the Kohl’s Department in Clifton Park on two separate dates.

Justin D. Traver, 33, of Malta, was charged Dec. 15 with grand larceny. He is accused of receiving $7,900 in August 2020 to perform construction-related work, which he did not perform. 

Renee Tanner, 26, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and failure to yield the right-of-way.

Daniel Mooney, 33, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with disorderly conduct/create hazardous or physically offensive condition. 

Jarod Green, 28, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with misdemeanor DWI, and unsafe backing of vehicle. 

Abigail Bartlett, 23, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and an equipment violation. 

Dustin Quirion, 37, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and vehicle registration suspended. 

Nathan Shreve, 41, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with menacing, criminal possession of a weapon, aggravated family offense, and harassment. 

Shawn Smith, 28, of Scotia, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, DWAI felony, use of vehicle not equipped with interlock device, and following too closely. 

Christopher Brewer, 39, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with criminal contempt, and aggravated family offense – both felonies, and criminal trespass misdemeanor. 

Joshua Shippey, 35, of Greenfield Center, was charged in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. 

Philip Fear, 56, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with misdemeanor DWI, failure to keep right, and speed not reasonable. 

Harrison Blackington, 25, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with criminal mischief and criminal tampering. Both charges are misdemeanors. 

Darian Rivers, 25, of Saratoga Springs, with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, operating a vehicle without insurance, and registration suspended. 

Ricardo Guana, 37, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with operating motor vehicle while impaired with drugs, after being involved in a property damage accident. 

Edouard Questel, 72, of Gansevoort, was charged in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, failure to keep right, and unsafe turn. 

Patricia Hunter, 28, of Saratoga Springs, was charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon, and criminal mischief. All three charges are felonies.
