SARATOGA SPRINGS — The Saratoga Builders Association (SBA) is excited to present a new record donation totaling $78,000 from the 2021 Saratoga Showcase of Homes to Rebuilding Together Saratoga County and Habitat for Humanity of Northern Saratoga, Warren and Washington Counties. The Saratoga Builders Association has contributed a total of over $1.4 million dollars to our local charities from this area’s premiere new home tour event.

The 2021 edition of the Saratoga Showcase of Homes featured 11 award-winning builders presenting 12 homes - BDC Group, Beechwood Homes, Bella Home Builders, Belmonte Builders, Bonacio Construction, Caruso Builders, Kodiak Construction, Kohler Homes, McPadden Builders, R & M Homes and Witt Construction. This year’s tour attracted about 4,000 visitors (a new attendance record) to these beautiful new homes, which were on display over two weekends. In what has become an autumn tradition in our area, the Saratoga Builders Association is dedicated to this long running show being an integral part of the fabric in our fall season.

The 2021 Saratoga Showcase of Homes “People’s Choice” award winners voted on by the public were also announced. Congratulations to Matt McPadden of McPadden Builders for the Executive Home category and Erik Kohler of Kohler Builders for the Luxury Home category.

About the Showcase of Homes: This annual community event is made possible only with the generous support of over 75 corporate and media sponsors. The 2021 Saratoga Showcase of Homes, celebrating 25 years of exceptional homes, was held on October 9,10,11 and 16,17. All the homes were located throughout Saratoga County and the proceeds benefited two local charities - Rebuilding Together Saratoga County and Habitat for Humanity of Northern Saratoga, Warren and Washington Counties. SARATOGA SPRINGS — The 2021 Saratoga Showcase of Homes Committee is proud to announce a spectacular line-up of 14 locations from our region’s finest builders for the area’s premiere new home tour event. Celebrating 25 years of exceptional homes, this annual tradition will be presented over three beautiful fall weekends on September 18-19, 25-26 and October 2-3.  In honor of this silver milestone anniversary, tickets this year will be $25 and will go on sale in early August. 

The Saratoga Builders Association’s Executive Director Barry Potoker, commented, “We are looking forward with hope, optimism and great anticipation to once again present the Saratoga Showcase of Homes this autumn as we move out from this pandemic. Our goal is to present a “live” tour for the enjoyment of our community while providing the needed help for our two charities who benefit from its proceeds. SARATOGA SPRINGS — Unfortunately due to public health and safety concerns from the COVID pandemic, this year’s Showcase of Homes “live” tour event was cancelled. Exciting news as we are planning and filming a one-hour Showcase TV Special which will air this fall. It will include interviews, tours, and more, as we celebrate our areas finest builders, homes and developments. It will also provide a way for you to contribute to our two important and extraordinary local charities which normally benefit from ticket sales. The show is currently in production. Please check our website in September for show dates and times to tune in or DVR this show. 

This unique and special broadcast will be graciously hosted by CBS-6 News Anchor Liz Bishop airing exclusively on WRGB Channel 6. The 12 builders being featured are: Beechwood Homes, Bella Home Builders, Belmonte Builders, Caruso Home Builders, Degraff-Bloom Custom Builders, Heritage Custom Builders, Kodiak Construction, McPadden Builders, The Earth Source Company, The West Saratoga Condos, Whitbeck Construction & Witt Construction. There will also be an important segment on our two local charities Rebuilding Together Saratoga County and Habitat for Humanity of Northern Saratoga, Warren & Washington Counties.

SARATOGA SPRINGS — The Saratoga Builders Association, Inc. is proud to announce that they have awarded two $1000 scholarships this year. One is the annual SBA Scholarship and the other is the annual “Bob Best" Memorial Scholarship.

Congratulations to Patrick Egan of Saratoga Springs. Patrick is a senior at Saratoga Springs High School and will be attending SUNY Oswego to study Construction Management. Congratulations to Sean Kempf of Saratoga Springs. Sean is also a senior at Saratoga Springs High School and will be attending Alfred State College to study Construction Management. 

The Saratoga Builders Association makes these student scholarship awards available annually to high school seniors or college students who are planning to pursue a career in the construction industry.

Tickets are always conveniently available at any showcase home during tour hours of 11 a.m– 5 p.m. or can be purchased online at www.saratogashowcaseofhomes.com. Once again this year, each showcase ticket holder will receive a free shoe/tote bag at the first home visited!

The 2019 Saratoga Showcase of Homes is proudly presented over three weekends beginning September 14-15, 21-22 and 28-29. This year’s edition has 10 showcase locations on the tour in Saratoga County from our area’s finest builders.

Celebrating 22 years of exceptional homes, this annual fall tradition will once again run over three weekends this September 16-17, 23-24 and 30-October 1.

The award-winning builders committed to this year’s event are; Abele Builders, Bella Home Builders, Belmonte Builders, Bonacio Construction, Herbinger Homes, Heritage Custom Builders, La Femme Home Builders, Marini Homes, McPadden Builders, R.J. Taylor Builders, Saratoga Builders, VanVeghten Construction, Whitbeck Construction and Witt Construction. This year will have a total of 17 new home locations on display in Saratoga County.
