Kyle Tran Strikes Silver

French Polynesia, Tahiti— Burnt Hills High School Graduate, Kyle Tran (20), took a 60kg silver medal at the Tahiti Open on Sunday, June 14.
Tran, who trains at the Jason Morris Judo Center in Glenville, jumped 20 spots on the 60kg world ranking list rising to a career high #113 as a result of his best performance to date. Tran will join JMJC teammates, Melissa Myers (30) and Ramon Hernandez Jr. (25) next week to compete in the Argentina Open.
