Yes, it’s true. It’s been 10 years. Time flies when your having fun (and games!) And the Saratoga Casino and Raceway (SCR) is inviting everyone to the party, which begins this weekend and has events galore – the culmination of which occurs on February 1 with a brand new Cadillac SRX giveaway courtesy of Otto Cadillac. It used to be a rare thing to see an under two-minute mile; now it usually takes a monsoon to slow the pacers and trotters down to that level.
