April 29, 2026. 4:45 p.m.- New York State Police arrested a Latham juvenile in the Town of Clifton Park on charges of misdemeanor criminal mischief: reckless property damage greater than $250. Appearance ticket issued. Original incident occurred Dec. 24, 2024 in the Town of Halfmoon.
April 29, 2026. 8:46 p.m.- New York State Police arrested a Stillwater resident in the Town of Halfmoon on charges of misdemeanor DWI-first offence and misdemeanor petit larceny. Appearance ticket issued.
April 30, 2026. 3:15 p.m.- New York State Police arrested a South Glens Falls resident in the Town of Wilton on charges of misdemeanor motor vehicle violation: registration suspended and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Appearance ticket issued.
May 1, 2026. 9:44 a.m.- New York State Police arrested a Mechanicville resident on two counts of felony criminal contempt, two counts of felony 3rd degree burglary: illegal entry with intent to commit a crime and two counts of aggravated family offense- more than one offense with five years. Cash Bail. Original incident occurred on April 29.
May 1, 2026. 1:38 p.m.- New York State Police arrested a Halfmoon resident in the Town of Clifton Park on charges of misdemeanor 3rd degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Appearance ticket issued. Arrest occurred after a traffic accident on Route 146.
May 2, 20266. 8:25 a.m.- New York State Police arrested a South Glens Falls Resident in the Town of Clifton Park on charges of misdemeanor 3rd degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Appearance ticket issued. Arrest stemmed from a traffic accident at the traffic circle.
May 2, 2026. 9:59 a.m.- New York State Police arrested a Schenectady resident in the Town of Clifton Park on charges of misdemeanor petit larceny, three counts of misdemeanor 7th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor 2nd degree criminal use drug paraphernalia: scales. Appearance ticket issued.
May 2, 2026. 5:50 p.m.- New York State Police arrested a Corinth resident in the Town of Wilton on charges of misdemeanor petit larceny. Appearance ticket issued.
May 3, 2026. 11:10 a.m.- New York State Police arrested an Altamont resident in the Town of Halfmoon on charges of misdemeanor DWI- first offense and misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 or higher, first offense. Appearance ticket issued.
May 3, 2026. 1:40 p.m.- New York State Police arrested a Saratoga Springs resident in the Town of Stillwater on charges of felony menacing a police or peace officer, misdemeanor 4th degree criminal possession of a weapon: intent to use and misdemeanor 2nd degree menacing: weapon. Released on own recognizance.
May 3, 2026. 6:16 p.m.- New York State Police arrested a Corinth resident in the Village of Corinth on charges of misdemeanor DWI- first offense and misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 or higher- first offense. Appearance ticket issued.
May 3, 2026. 7:28 p.m.- New York State Police arrested a Saratoga Springs resident in the Town of Stillwater on charges of misdemeanor DWI-first offense and misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 or higher-first offense. Appearance ticket issued.
May 3, 2206. 10:05 p.m.- New York State Police arrested a Broadalbin resident in the Village of Ballston Spa on charges of misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, misdemeanor aggravated unlicensed operation, and two counts of 7th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Turned over to other agency. Arrest occurred after an accident on South Street.
May 3, 2026. 11:46 p.m.- New York State Police arrested a Corinth resident in the Village of Corinth on charges of felony tampering with physical evidence: conceal/destroy and misdemeanor 7th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Appearance ticket issued.

May 5, 2026. 8:19 p.m.- New York State Police arrested a South Glens Falls resident in the Town of Wilton on charges of felony 5th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance: cocaine- 500 milligrams and three counts of misdemeanor 7th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Held- no bail.
May 5, 2026. 10:44 p.m.- New York State Police arrested a Schenectady resident in the Town of Clifton Park on two counts of 7th degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Appearance ticket issued.
