Instead of making it just an upper body exercise, make it a total body experience by clenching the glutes throughout the entire motion. The bell side is up and you’re holding the handle on the outside, tightly. Hold the kettlebell relatively close to the body/head. As you turn the bell sideways, around the ear, continue circling the bell towards the back of the head (where you will hold the kb with the bell side down). Continue circling around the head, turning the bell to the side around the other ear, landing in front of the head, nose level, with the bell side up. Be sure to clench the glutes the entire time you are rotating the bell around your head in order to protect your lower back throughout the motion. Get your God-like torso by performing this torso blaster on a daily basis. Perform them in the beginning of your workout or at the end. What a great way to roll out the shoulders too! Be mindful: though this exercise can be performed by just about anyone, I recommend light stretching before any physical exercise and/or consulting your doctor before attempting any physical fitness activity.
Train your whole being, not just your muscles.
