The Body Squat is an amazing TOTAL BODY exercise in that it works your entire core area, lower back, legs and when you pick up the pace it is an effective cardiovascular conditioning gem. Be mindful: though this exercise can be performed by just about anyone, I recommend light stretching before any physical exercise and/or consulting your doctor before attempting any physical fitness activity. Feeling winter’s chill? Warm up fast with a few sets of body squats! Feeling a bit sluggish at work? Put down the coffee and rock out 30 body squats and watch your energy level take off : )
