COURT

Bailey A. Davis, 21, of Saratoga Springs, pleaded June 16 to attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third-degree. Sentencing Aug. 12. 

Crystal M. Hebert, 35, of Saratoga Springs, was sentenced June 17 to 5 years of probation, after pleading to felony grand larceny, in connection with an incident. 

Lance E. Abare, 23, of Corinth, pleaded June 17 to felony grand larceny. Sentencing Aug. 19. 

Henry J. Desnoyers, 50, of Troy, pleaded June 16 to aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, in connection with an incident in Malta. Sentencing Aug. 18. 

Tyler J. Gaston, 26, of Clifton Park, was sentenced June 16 to 4 years incarceration on each count to run consecutively for a total of 8 years in state prison: two counts felony sexual abuse in the first-degree, two felony counts assault, one misdemeanor count criminal obstruction of breathing, harassment in the second-degree, a violation. 

Adoniram Huntington, IV, of Moreau, was sentenced June 16 to 1 year incarceration after pleading to felony burglary. 

Jeffrey S. Casey, 19, of South Glens Falls, was sentenced June 16 to 5 years of probation, after pleading to felony burglary, in Moreau. 

William M. Heeney, 50, of Saratoga Springs, pleaded June 16 to false sworn statement in the first-degree, a felony, first charged October 2020 in Ballston Spa. Sentencing Aug. 12.   

POLICE

Jack Radley, 23, of Clifton Park, was charged June 15 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, and moving from lane unsafely. 

Jalon Chandler, 24, of Albany, was charged June 19 in Saratoga Springs with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, and moving from lane unsafely. 

Jennifer Rivers, 29, of Saratoga Springs, was charged June 19 with misdemeanor assault. 

Noel Hubert, 30, of Saratoga Springs, was charged June 19 with misdemeanor DWI, and four driving violations. 

Brandon Caster, 24, of Schenectady, was charged June 20 in Saratoga Springs with resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.

Kimberly Bertrand, 23, of Ballston Spa, was charged June 20 in Saratoga Springs with felony DWI, and felony aggravated DWI.

Robert McCall, 59, of Ballston Spa, was charged June 20 in Saratoga Springs with assault, and criminal obstruction of breathing, both misdemeanors. 

Kitsia Yard, 35, of Saratoga Springs, was charged June 21 with misdemeanor criminal trespass.

Brandon Futia, 27, of Troy, was charged June 20 in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle – a misdemeanor, and five driving violations. 

Shane Curran, 50, of Saratoga Springs, was charged June 14 with criminal mischief: intent to damage property, and theft of services. 

Derek Leach, 36, of Johnstown, was charged June 15 in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation motor vehicle.

Chad Lang, 47, of Saratoga Springs, was charged June 15 with misdemeanor criminal trespass. 

Joseph Dechenes, 50, of Saratoga Springs, was charged June 15 with misdemeanor criminal trespass. 

Shane Curran, 50, of Saratoga Springs, was charged June 17 with stalking, a misdemeanor. 

Keith Bassett, 49, of Elmira, was charged June 18 in Saratoga Springs with criminal possession of a controlled substance, and failure to obey a traffic device. 

Martin Burton, 28, of Ballston Spa, was charged June 18 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, refusal to take a breath test, and speeding. 

Daniel Richards, 23, of E. Longmeadow, MA, was charged June 11 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, misdemeanor aggravated DWI, reckless endangerment, and two driving violations.

Jeramy Zepf, of Wilton, was charged June 12 in Saratoga Springs with felony criminal mischief.

Alexandra Bullis, 28, of Duanesburg, was charged June 12 in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor.

Peter Cashera, 34, of Schenectady, was charged June 13 in Saratoga Springs with felony criminal contempt.

John Crogan, 42, of Watervliet, was charged June 14 in Saratoga Springs with misdemeanor DWI, refusal to take a breath test, and failure to keep right.

Norman Lamphear, 56, of Northampton, was charged June 14 in Saratoga Springs with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. 

John B. Fleeeman, Jr., 23, of Fort Ann, was charged June 21 with second degree felony assault and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth-degree, a misdemeanor. Fleeman is accused of striking a person in the head with a crowbar at the Dollar General Store in Milton. The victim was sent to Saratoga Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
